So many rooms that everyone was able to have their own space, yet still amazing group spaces for us to play games and be together. Communication with the property manager was great! We were able to get questions answered quickly and they were super helpful. Thank you for an amazing time!

Stayed Nov 7, 2024We stayed at this home in hopes to get out of the cold in Nevada and it was a great trip with all of my kids and their kids! We had kiddos ranging from 2 to 13 and it was the perfect property! Heated pool was amazing and the kids lived in it! Big space for the whole family. 10/10 experience!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This home was spacious for our 16 person stay. Multiple beds and rooms with access to all areas of the home and guest house. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all necessities. Televisions in almost every room. Backyard area is large with the pool, a spa, and an outdoor covered dining area with propane grill. Plenty of parking inside a garage and on both driveways. Conveniently located near downtown Havasu and one of the main marinas for those with a water vessel. 5 stars all around! My only recommendation is regarding the cleaning fee with the few chores that are required. Although they are minimal chores, for the amount of the cleaning fee we think there shouldn’t be any chores. Just a disclaimer if guests leave an excessive mess they are liable for any extra services would go a long way to ensure guests respect this house the same as their own.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the lake and the surrounding landscape. The property itself was immaculate—clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and easy access to all the fun activities Lake Havasu has to offer. Whether we were boating on the lake, enjoying a barbecue on the patio, or just relaxing by the pool, every moment was a blast. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. This place exceeded all of our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect getaway spot in Lake Havasu.
