✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of toilet paper rolls, paper towels, towels in the bedrooms and bathrooms, body wash, conditioner, shampoo, and hand soap.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 2 vehicles in the driveway.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free Wi-Fi available throughout the home.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ’n Play/travel crib, high chair, baby bath, and babysitter recommendations available upon request.

✹ PETS: We have a no-pet policy.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the smart lock on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.

✹ POOL: Pool heating available for $35/day. Pool heating requests must be submitted 3 days prior to your arrival as the pool may take up to 48H to heat up. Pool heating is recommended between the months of October and April and pool heating is only available for the entire stay.

✹ NO PARTIES: For the safety of our guests and to prevent unauthorized gatherings, please note that our property is not intended for parties. To ensure security, 24/7 video and audio recording cameras are installed in the front yard, doorbell, and pool deck area. These recordings will only be accessed if property damage or noise complaints occur.

✹ Any noise complaints resulting in a $500 fine from the city will be passed on to responsible guests. We kindly request that all guests respect our policy and avoid disruptive activities that disturb the neighborhood's peace.
