Pool + Fire Pit | Steps to Beach

Absolutely love the Grand Beach neighborhood! We were there for a fall family gathering and we were just two small blacks over from them. Played family golf twice as well as pickle ball! House was just what we needed and just a few min walk to the Grand Beach pier and beach area. There seemed to be quite a bit of beach equipment available however we do not use any of it. Kitchen was well stocked with items you always wished you had at a vacation property such as oil and vinegar, spices and herbs, coffee and filters, cling wrap and foil. We hope this will become an annual trip for us and we will definitely stay here in the future!

The House, the space- indoor and outdoors- was beyond wonderful!We were here for a combined family beach engagement. The two families enjoyed our time, enhanced by the house and kind manager communication.

This home was beautiful, clean, close to the beach and had everything we needed for a comfortable and very relaxing stay! The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Do NOT rent from this host. I would advise caution for those renting with teenagers. The property was accurately described and in good condition. However, we had a terrifying interaction with the host our first night. Unfortunately, we were accused of having a party and thrown out by the owner at 1am on July 4th. We were staying with our two teenage sons and three of their friends in this home. On our first night our son invited two of his friends over to swim remaining within the house limit of nine. I want to share this experience as a warning to potential renters especially with teenagers, so no one else has to face a similar situation after less than ten hours in a rental. It’s very scary that an owner would treat her customers in that matter especially when we were present in the home sleeping and there was no evidence of a party on the property. In the case report the officer states that she only saw five adults and my family and no other juveniles. Only seven teenagers were in the home and two adults, again not over the 9 person limit. Using the pool late at night is not a violation of the rental agreement and certainly not a party. If the kids were loud she could have called me. I have no missed calls from her. A group of uninvited teenagers coming to the front door of a house that we have never been to was out of our control and a scary situation to be in as first time visitors in this area. Those kids were asked to leave and they left never entering the home.

Loved this property and would book again and again. Great location and neighborhood. Short walk to the beach, awesome spot for sunset. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. So relaxing to just walk outside and float in the pool. House had everything you need. Highly recommend

Wow! A little slice of paradise in Grand Beach MI. We can’t say enough wonderful things. Gina, to start, was a wonderful and insanely responsive host. The home was clean, well stocked with the basic items you need, and had the perfect set up overall. Grill, pool, fire pit, and large living space - 10/10. A one minute walk to the beach made for amazing walks at night, and Gina helped set us up with a bonfire permit. We wish we could have stayed for much longer than we did. Our group had 4 adults and 5 kids and we loved our time together. Thank you!

What a wonderful home. Just as described in the description. The pool was wonderful. Kitchen fully stacked. The beds comfortable. Close walk to the beach. Would definitely go again.

We loved our stay in Grand Beach this year! The house was exactly as described and has the perfect location for short walks to the beach. Gina was incredibly responsive and made sure we had a perfect stay. We hope to come again soon!

We had the BEST time at this property with our two little ones (ages 4 and 1)! It could not have been more perfect. We are already counting down the days until we can go back again next summer. The home was so comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beach was a quick walk (about 5 minutes while pulling a wagon) and the neighborhood was so friendly and perfect for strolls with the kids. The most wonderful property for a summer getaway and beautiful family memories!!
