Pool, dock, ice maker, bait freezer! Beauitful Half Duplex, Key Colony Beach

The experience with the rental was excellent. Jessica was very informative and made sure we had everything needed to get to the house and gain access. They also provided a welcome kit with a lot of info on the area and the amenities on the house, pool and dock. We brought our 24' pontoon boat with us which fit perfectly at the dock. The dock had everything needed to maintain the boat while travelling. Also note the dock area also had cleaning table as well as an ice machine and freezer. So going out on the water was super easy without needing to buy ice and such.The house itself was awesome. Very comfortable, well stocked and up to date decor/furniture. We had another couple with us and the place was perfect for 4 people. Also, the 2 bedrooms had ceiling fans, TVs and very comfortable beds. We ate in and out, but when we ate in the kitchen had everything needed to cook.KCB is a great community with nice neighbors and was very pleasant. There is a boat landing right across the street from KCB entrance and plenty of dining options in Marathon. We will be back love this area.

The pool was a little smaller than it looked in pics but it has a chiller on it which keeps it cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The place is great the clothes dryer wasnt working properly but other than that a great stay

We loved the house. Boat docking was convenient and easy. Loved fishing from the canal. Caught some keeper snappers for dinner and hooked a few tarpon. Saw manatees and sharks swim by. Nice walk to Sunset Park. Hope to come back soon!

Great location, good communication and an overall excellent rental

This house is absolutely stunning inside and out. The location couldn’t babe been more perfect. The boat dock and pool made it super easy to enjoy every day to the fullest.

We had a wonderful experience. The pool was refreshing, beds comfortable, ice machine and bait freezer perfect as we rented a 30 ft boat for fishing that we kept at the property. Hoses and cleaning station came in handy. Nice showers and awesome kitchen in house and patio. Great neighbors including the live bait supplier across the canal.

This is the best vacation rental that we have stayed at in the Key's! The neighborhood - Key Colony is wonderful - safe, family oriented, all around A+! The house was very clean and had everything we needed! The bait freezer, ice machine, and pool were such wonderful added bonuses! As hosts on VRBO ourselves we are Picky about where we stay and this place definitely met our expectations and beyond! We feel that we have found our place in the keys for future visits! Great location and easy access to everything in Marathon and beyond. If you’re lucky, you may see some manatees in the canal! Clean and comfortable for 4 adults. Be aware that there are only the bare essentials as far as kitchenware, dinnerware, and toiletries, so plan accordingly.

We loved Key Colony Beach! Our place was very nice. We especially liked the deck and pool and fishing in the canal. We saw manatees, a shark, and even a man-of- war. The house had everything we needed. We liked it a lot and I would stay there again. However, upon arrival we had to clean the microwave ( looked like splattered pizza inside) and the table had dried on food of some kind. Not terrible, but it must have gotten overlooked when the place was last cleaned. It was no big deal to clean ourselves. It just made me wonder what else wasn’t cleaned properly, especially considering COVID. Also we thought the sheets and towels were a bit old and thin. Seemed like it is time for some replacements. All that being said , the house was comfortable, roomy, and very nice!

Great location in Key Colony. Jessica was amazing and was quick to respond with any questions. Wanted to go again same week next year, but already booked up.
