Pool & boat parking 1 mi to lake

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property, I was able to have my dog, secure fenced in yard and pool made it convenient and nice just to relax without even having to leave. I would rent this house again without hesitation.

The entire house stinks of urine, worse in bedrooms and bathrooms. The floors are filthy, the tub and shower in main bathroom were disgusting.The pictures of pool area look a lot nicer than actual pool. The pans in the kitchen were unusable, burned on ?? Teflon scratched, one was warped. Glass top stove was dirty, We were all very disappointed in rental. Pictures are available upon request.

Great host, location was very convenient and the private heated pool was really nice. House was clean and had everything you could need.

Had everything we needed, GREAT location, property is clean and comfortable. Owners had good, friendly, clear and timely communication. Easy to park 3 trucks and 2 boats. Allowed to bring our dog. Pool was a plus. The only suggestions would be cosmetic and it was hard to consistently get hot or cold water, it just was what it was, which was bearable. The whole house had plenty of fans and the air conditioning worked great. Appreciated the use of the washer and dryer as well. We didn't use the garage but it was an option for more parking if needed. We were able to cook and weren't missing anything. The sheets smelled fantastic too. Plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. Truly appreciated being near the boat launch, stores and restaurants. Really a perfect trip. They even set the door code specifically for us which made it easy to remember. Thank you for a great stay.

We visited Lake Havasu City for a long weekend, and we were very comfortable in this house close to the lake, restaurants and London Bridge. The house and rooms were as described with updated kitchen and décor. Communication with the owner was excellent for any questions we had. The pool was a welcomed respite from the summer Arizona heat after our long days in the sun. We spent one day on a private charter pontoon boat through Channel Catz. Captain Marty was professional and knowledgeable, and we would highly recommend this tour. We look forward to our next visit to Lake Havasu City!

The place was easy to find. Plenty of room. It was clean, had all accessories a person needs. A box Kleenex’s would be a nice touch. Pool and patio was very enjoyable. The contact person was very easy to get along with. We will be visiting them again.

The house is in a great location. It is clean everything is easy to find and the pool....amazing for kids and adults! Host was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to any questions!

Whether it’s for pleasure or business, this air b&b checked off all the boxes! From the easy checkin process to all this home had to offer! The communication was nice to have with the owner as well. It’s located in a perfect spot in havasu where access to the lake isn’t too far and neither is grocery stores or restaurants. We will be staying here again!

We loved the location and being able to walk most places. We appreciated the black out shades, comfy pillows and beds. Communication with with the rental company was great - they were responsive and accommodating.

I meet my brother out there frist time on

My husband and I and another couple stayed at this VRBO for 5 days. It’s a 3bedtoom/2bath home close to London Bridge atttractions, restaurants, grocery stores, dollar stores, and highway, making it verv easy to get around. The house was clean, with new appliances, had a swimming pool, driveway to park vehicles,,Checkin was easy and host responded quickly to any questions. The house is located on a busy street so there’s some traffic noise. Nice house!!

We enjoyed the location. Wished we could have had the pool heated. We would have liked cleaning supplies to clean the floor. We ended up buying dish soap and more toilet paper. The house was comfortable, and within walking distance from everything we wanted.

The property was nice, comfortable and clean and had everything a person needs to feel right at home. Great locale and close to the London bridge. I would stay there again if I ever came back to Lake Havasu.

This home worked well for our familu visit to Lake Havasu....well stocked in kitchen, beds very comfortable and great location...would stay again.

This house was neat and clean and near the Balloon Festival (which is why we were in town). We enjoyed our stay.

This property was supposed to be pet friendly. They had rat poison behind the pool equipment, my daughters dog ended up eating some of We saw the rat poisoning in the garage when we were leaving we wasn’t sure what it was that she ate now we know seven days later she was in the hospital going to die. It took $8500 vet bill to keep her alive not pet friendly at all very upset

I loved this house! I would definitely like to come back soon!
