Stayed Feb 27, 2025We were in town visiting family. The property fit our needs perfectly. The house was beautiful and clean. All the things we needed were available. The house was in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the lemons from the lemon tree. My favorite part was working on my devotional on the patio where my family spent our early mornings.

Stayed Apr 24, 2025We stayed in Cave Creek for a family wedding. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the backyard was very relaxing. Shanna quickly responded to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the Phoenix area.

Stayed Feb 9, 2025Loved the house. Plenty of room, we had five adults. Beds were comfy. Patio was used a lot. If I had to find something negative bathrooms could have used more hand towels and wash cloths. One per bathroom doesn’t cut it. Over all I’d give it a high rating.

Stayed Nov 14, 2024Our family of 8 adults found the house was perfect. Very clean and in a quiet location, but close enough to restaurants and other attractions. Kitchen was well equipped-we had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and we had no issues. We’d rent again!

Stayed Mar 13, 2024We were in town from Minneapolis for a soccer tournament and loved the property. We just wish it was a bit warmer so we could have enjoyed the pool more. The outdoor space was so comfortable.

Stayed Mar 19, 2024Really enjoyed our stay. Came for spring training and some Arizona landscape and trails. Shanna was fabulous to work with and any questions/concerns were dealt with promptly. The property is as it was detailed in the listing. Comfortable, clean, great water pressure for showers and for our agenda, it was a great location. Loved the soaking tub after a good hike. The only criticism I have is bc of my back which was fused in 2022. The mattress in the master is a bit soft, just be aware. Not a deal breaker for sure simply FYI for those who need a firmer mattress. Will definitely recommend to friends and family! Also, a shout out to Evolve bc they were very accessible and helpful with a modification to our reservation.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I spent my 60th birthday in this beautiful house in Cave Creek! The inside of the house is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities of home. The outdoor space is amazing with a pool and fit pit, as well as a grill and covered seating. Perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks with conversation under the beautiful Arizona sky. Cave Creek has amazing restaurants and bars, and you can even ride a mechanical bull if you are brave enough :). Nearby golfing, hiking and casinos. Old town Scottsdale just a short drive away for more fun! So many fun activities so close to this property. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed Feb 2, 2023Very lovely and comfortable home that was perfect for laying around. Great open floor plan that featured a cozy outdoor patio. Spotless with all amenities. Responsive host and easy registration process. Would come back to enjoy the pool!
