Pool at International-Inspired Home, Steps from Bentonville’s Best Trails

Clean, close to the trails and a pool!

The house was lovely. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and welcoming. Although it was December we took advantage of the pool and stood in it between bike rides to help our muscles recover! It would be nice to have a larger table for dining as a family instead of several smaller ones. Being so close to Coler was the most important feature of this house for us!!!

Beds were comfortable. Needs for seating. There were no tables for 5 people to sit at.

House was in a good location. Maintenance responded quickly to an issue. Needs more seating for larger groups. Needs dish towels.

Great Location, CLose to the Mountain Bike trails and downtown

Enjoyed Coler Mtn biking path and crystal Bridges. Very nice place. Perfect for everything.

The house is very pretty, nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. I did the white glove test!’ There are a few things that need to be addressed:There are no mirrors! Could use over the door mirrors in each bedroom. Need wastebaskets in bedrooms. Wastebaskets in bathrooms need replacing-they are rusty and unattractive. Need privacy shade on back door to the pool. Shower curtain is discolored a needs replacing. Replace tan couch-it’s unattractive. Other than these minor issues, everyone enjoyed their stay. It was ideally located to the wedding venue and the neighborhood was very nice! We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay here and while we were here for thanksgiving so we didnt use the pool we really enjoyed the house and outdoor areas. The weather was fantastic so we still sat outside. Loved that we could bike from the house to coler trails and the house had lots of space. It was just 4 of us, but we like having our own rooms for sleep. Beds comfortable, great water pressure, kitchen could use some bigger coffee mugs and some wine glasses, but that was all i could recommend. Great stay!

It's a great location in a quiet neighborhood. The home is in great shape and has everything you need for a quality stay.

We visited The Betty over Labour Day for an end of summer MTB getaway with our fam of 5 and brother's fam of 3. Plenty of space to spread out and we spent lots of time in the pool, which was great. Check in directions were clear and concise, and everything worked as it should! House was very clean and comfortable, and plenty of cold air and hot water, even for 8 people! Beds and Pillows were comfy! Garage was great to store 10 bikes and work on them. Just up the hill from Coler, and downtown was close enough!! I would still rate a 5/5, but house could use a bit more supplies, especially TP (enough for 8) and more towels. We did use the washer, but it could use some service work as it didn't spin out all the way. In all though, I would book it again!

This property was close to everything! We booked to have pool access while visiting and loved the pool although the pool furniture needs to be updated and the yard needed to be mowed. We mentioned the yard situation when we checked in Friday but had no further communication or resolution until the night before check out when we had another issue. Management was not very responsive. The house was great and spacious with comfy beds …. But no place for all of us to eat a meal. The tables for 4 are in separate rooms. This property has a ton of potential with a few tweaks!

We had a small change in plans so we didn’t sleep here but did use the pool and it was really nice and clean.( and warm ) I would suggest updating the outdoor furniture. Overall nice.
