Pool and Hot Tub Beach house 3 bedroom.. 3 bedrooms two bath. STR19-00084

Place was perfect. Just what we were looking for:small dog friendly, fun, warm spa, and Peaceful. Staff extremely helpful and available when/if needed. Will stay again next time we visit Vegas.

Very comfortable- issues with warming the pool and hot tub but host was on top of it . Very quiet neighborhood and convenient to everything

Hot Tub did not work, Pool did not Heat up & dirty.Kitchen is lacking some better frying pans. Air hockey & Pool table not balanced. 3rd bedroom not listed as a Murphy Bed, guest shower curtain & Liner were dirty.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub were heated and the property was very clean. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The host was easy to reach and very quick to respond to my messages. I put the property in my favorites and will try to book again next time in Vegas.

Had a great time for our daughter’s last spring break. Easy to get to the Las Vegas strip. House was clean. Took full advantage of the pool, hot tub, and game room.

This was a decent spot for my husband and I to land for a couple days on our cross country road trip. The outdoor space was great for our dog to run around in and the neighborhood was quiet. We took an inexpensive Lyft ride to and from the strip which was only about 15 mins away. The bed linens were not the most comfortable, as we could noticeably feel pilling on the sheets. The bedding and furniture does not exactly match what is shown in the pictures but there is a lot of space in the home and it would be good for large groups.

My husband & I really enjoyed the hot tub & large screen TVs . Kitchen was nice too.

Clean, offered good amount of space and entainment. Location was close to everything we needed and about 10 minutes to most destinations. New kitchen appliances were nice

hot tub not used,pool was very good a little to warm! luis cooled it down but it went to cold he said he would increase the heat but it just went colder (did not use for the last week) and our control of stopped working ?

THIS HOME WAS NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. I ASKED IN ADVANCE AND WAS ASSURED THAT MY HANDICAP SON COULD GET INTO THIS HOUSE.

My kids and I had a great time swimming and playing in the game room. Location is very close to the strip but in a nice quiet neighborhood.

The property was fine. 3 bedrooms were good, beds were okay, not uncomfortable. When we checked in, the cleaning service was still going on so it felt a little rushed. The emergency contact Luis was very helpful, we had an issue with the AC not cooling the house on the first day but he helped us to get it down. Air Filter looked dirty. Neighborhood is quiet and easy to drive around or uber to the strip. Pool table and billiard balls are low quality so it is fun to play but don’t expect a great game if you normally play for real. Pool was nice Overall, great price for what we got. Reminded me of a 3 star hotel like a holiday inn express.

We had a nice stay! It was nice and cozy and welcoming.

The house was very nice

When we arrived, the remote for the hot tub and all bathroom towels were no where to be found. I contacted the owner, who immediately sent the groundskeeper to show us how to manually work the hot tub AND ordered towels via next-day delivery (even though we stated we were fine using the pool towels). He was apologetic that the last group had left us high and dry, and remedied the situation promptly.The home was clean with plenty of room, plus the pool, hot tub, and the garage has been transformed into a game room. Great set up! We very much enjoyed our long weekend in Henderson, thanks to this property and the owner.Definitely would consider staying here again when we return to the Vegas area!

The property was nice. The hot tub never got heated, even with help from Luis. The max temp was 88. So if you want an actual hot tub this isn’t the place for you. The pool was nice. The master bath was much nicer than the shared bathroom. There was to much air freshener when we arrived and had to open all the windows and door to air it out. We only stayed two nights but could still smell it when we left. Instructions mentioned putting trash in black bags, we couldn’t find any. Uber into the strip was no problem but we had to wait a bit for pick up back to the house. Before we arrived it took several days and meesages to get an answer, we were then given Luis number and he was great and answered right away. Very helpful and definitely tried to help with the hot tub. We wish we had known the hot tub wasn’t working correctly because that was one reason we rented here..

The house was clean, pool and hot tub were perfect for our family of four. My teen age boys loved the game room and we will definitely stay here again.

The house was comfortable and quiet. The pool and jacuzzi was everything. The host was always quick to respond for any questions. Would definitely return to this cozy home

We were excited to have a mini backyard oasis. Unfortunately the communication with the property manager about the pool wasnt great. We wouldnt have stayed at this location if we had known the hot tub wasnt heated. It would have been nice if we knew this before. Also a few items throughout the house were poorly maintained.

The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood, clean and well furnished home. Location is easy to get too. Don and Luis were very accommodating to our questions and easy to work with. Will definitely recommend to others and stay here when we visit Vegas.

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach house. The location was perfect to so many attractions. The house was in a quiet neighborhood but near the main highways to get to the downtown. The owner and manager were so accommodating and quickly responded to our questions. The pool and hot tub were a bonus after a long day out hiking or walking downtown. Thank you!

Took my daughter, son, husband and daughters' boyfriend to Vegas for some shows and fun for my daughters 21st birthday. Love staying in Henderson, close to great restaurants and shopping. The strip is 20 min away. We used the hot tub and my son used the pool, it was heated- but too cold for me! It is December.

There is nothing fancy about this house or property, however if you're looking for a bed and a pool fairly close to the strip, this place is it! The owners was very responsive, and the house had everything we needed. It was clean, and in a nice neighbourhood. Overall, the house does need some upgrades and maintenance, but it would be all cosmetic and nothing that affected our stay! Luis (pool guy) was also great and we had a very enjoyable visit with him!

Started out a little rough due to having issues with the website but was an excellent and comfy stay. None of us wanted to go home! My only suggestion would be getting something to shade the pool so you can still enjoy the water while you take shelter from the sun.
