Pool and extended stays in sunny Las Vegas!

Kathryn was very helpful and responsive to all my questions and requests, and the house instructions were detailed and reasonable. Would stay with them again!

I definitely recommend this property. It’s close enough to get to strip or downtown and far enough away to be in a quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and communication with manager.

We enjoyed our stay! It was nice being able to all be together in one location. The property is dated but totally served it’s purpose.

Kathryn was awesome to work with. Respond quickly to all questions. House was very clean and spacious. We had 12 adults and plenty of room. Will definitely recommend and be using them in the future.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home. We had a special request due to one of our guests being unexpectedly in a wheelchair. The host was immediately gracious and accommodating. The home is in an incredible location—a nice clean, quiet neighborhood. Great walkability and is very close to the strip. We would absolutely reserve this home again 

Our stay was great. The rental provided everything we needed. We were comfortable and had plenty of room. My only complaint would be cleanliness. Overall the house was clean, however, there were beer caps and cigarette butts in the backyard pool area. The grill was not clean either. I cleaned it before and after we used it. There was a rug in the main living room with the TV that I just rolled up and put aside during our stay. It desperately needed cleaning. Hopefully we left the house cleaner than we found it. It was located very close to all the attractions and activities we did making it easy to get around relatively quick. Communication with the host was exceptional! I would stay there again even with the minor issues.

Great location, solid house at a wonderful price. Close to just about everything in Vegas. Would definitely stay there again.

I came with a group of 7 ladies. The house was spacious enough so that everyone had their own bed. The layout seemed to work perfectly for our group. The pool was big enough although it needed to be cleaned a little better, but we also had a few days in a row of storms that rolled in. Kathryn was always quick to respond and helpful.

Got to the house and the house was not very clean, the AC took more than five hours to cool off the house, and the Pool was very DIRTY. When contacting the owner, she was not very responsive, no one ever came to clean the pool, in fact it was still dirty when we left this morning. She did have someone to come look at the AC it was a dirty filter which he cleaned and said he would come back to put in, he never came back. The owner responded at first then stop communicating
