Pool Access, Deck & Grill: Ocean Pines Getaway

Amazing house! Really enjoyed all the space and nearby amenities. We really appreciated the hospitality - toys for the kids and household products were available for use. Thanks for everything!

The location and home are wonderful. Just what we needed. Nice quiet cul de sac. My only suggestion is for the owners to review the listing to be sure that dated items are removed (key card) and new items (Ocean Pines Club parking pass) are added! Lovely time.

What a beautiful property!! Very clean, decorated nicely and all the amenities! We are actually looking for a home of our own and until we find what we're looking for we will definitely rent again!

This house was perfect for my family. There were supposed to be 6 adults and 1 child but ended up being 4 adults and no children. There is a great screened in porch and an outside deck. My only complaint was the beds. The mattresses need to be replaced with better quality. Several of us noted that even after spending the day at the beach and being exhausted the beds bothered us. I would stay here again if we knew the beds were better.

Off to a bad start when we had to make numerous calls/texts to make final payment and get check in info. Cleaning lady still on property when we arrived. Had text saying they were running late. Okay. Had to ask her to sweep deck. If she cleaned upstairs toilet she would have known seat was falling off. She said a maintenance person would be right over. Several hours later she returned to repair it. Asked her about outside trash cans. She would call owner. Owner to call trash company. Next day got text saying cans would be delivered “tomorrow “ or next day. Owner called us to find if delivered. We were out. Owner texted about “new” carpet. Carpet certainly did not look new. Expected us to take pix and send her. Wouldn’t that be property management job? Futon in den was torn, dirty and lumpy. Again asked to send pix. When we opened futon out flat found crumbs. Disgusting to sleep on. Kitchen was dirty. When was last time anyone cleaned under toaster, coffee pot or canisters? Crumbs,old coffee and filth. Took down a wine glass and found marks on rim. Book said sunroom cushions were in garage. No! They were on furniture and full of green mold. Sunroom not usable. Deck furniture with peeling paint and rust. Not useable. Owner concerned about cleanliness of grill. We did not use because of conditions. I fully understand that house is in wooded area and that ants are a problem when it rains. However they overtook kitchen and bath. Spiders were a problem in entire house including the large one my grandson awoke to find on his chest while in bed. Living room furniture needs to be at least cleaned. Walls in entire house have dirt/scrub marks including what appeared to be dog slobber at dining/kitchen door. Inside walls need to be painted. We have used Vrbo in the past. Understand rentals are not perfect. But have never had conditions like this , owner placed such emphasis on cleanliness that we were shocked at conditions. Took many pix to support our claims . Evolve was helpful about getting the checkin info for us.

We stayed from the 26 a 3rd. Amazing time. House was plenty big for the 5 of us and 2 dogs. Plenty big for 2-3 more comfortably. We had so much fun and loved the house especially since we could bring our two dogs. This was huge for us and we would stay again in a heartbeat. Owners were so hospitable there is not much more you could ask for. We definitely plan on renting again if not this year then next

The house was very comfortable, the owner was very helpful, and the location was a peaceful residential area just a short drive from the beaches.

Beautiful home on a cozy, quiet cul de sac. The owner is incredibly nice and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend this rental for a family get away.

This was a week of being with my family, the house I rented was so peaceful and quit. I highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone that wants to have a quit but fun home to rent for a week or more I recommend more lol.
