Stayed Nov 7, 2025This house was very spacious for our entire family. It was very well stocked with amenities for cooking. The open floor plan allowed our family to never be separated while cooking, visiting, and playing games. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the livestock and wildlife. Recommend this home for family getaway ways. Close to wineries and downtown

Stayed May 23, 2025We get a VRBO every year for two families over Memorial Day Weekend in the Texas Austin/Hill Country area. This was our favorite to date. Easy drive to all wineries and Main Street Fredericksburg. But the rustic spot was such a plus!!! The patio and pool and tree swing and cows were blissful. Fantastic set up for 3 families with kids or a girls trip.

Stayed Dec 13, 2024The location was fantastic , there was 18 of us and we were very comfortable. More than enough room . They had made a cake for us ,it was great. The showers were great and for me , the best part was the kitchen . I love the cabinets and drawers . The home is so much bigger than expected . So much bigger. You won’t be dissatisfied. Plus, there was a Christmas tree already made for us . It’s a beautiful home.

Stayed Jan 26, 2024This property was fabulous for our 30th birthday celebration. The home is so comfortable and the surroundings were beautiful. We so enjoyed having a bed for everyone and plenty of bathrooms to keep all 14 ladies perfectly happy. The cows and deer were an added bonus. We hope we have an opportunity to stay there again.

Stayed Jan 12, 2024Home was perfect for 12 couples celebrating a weekend in Texas Wine Country! A close drive to town and to the wineries we chose to visit. We cooked our evening meals at the home. The kitchen was stocked with all of the items we needed!

Stayed Oct 20, 2023We had such an amazing time at this home. What a great place for a large group. They were very accommodating to what we needed. Had some special things waiting for us upon our arrival. Very spacious, clean and beautiful views. I would highly recommend staying here!
