Our stay was wonderful!

We loved our stay at Cathy's home. It was very well maintained and up to date. It had everything we needed from toys, chairs, cooler, and wagon for the beach to everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking. The back yard was a great place to hang out and it was really nice to sit out there in the evenings. I have stayed in several VRBO rentals and this one really was top notch. We loved the neighborhood, it was very quiet. It was a little walk to the beach but nothing bad, about 5 minutes and we had access to a gate right down the road which was nice since we didn't have to go to a public beach all the time. The beds were very comfortable and there were 3 bedrooms so we had plenty of room for everyone! Another great thing about this place was the pool, although it was only about 4 1/2 feet deep, it was perfect for our little granddaughter who was 3 and even the adults to float around. We had pretty much had the pool all to ourselves most of the time. We will definitely come back and stay hopefully next year! Cathy was a great host and easy to contact if we needed her.

This was exactly as described. Cathy and Gene have such a lovely home and you can tell the little touches that make it feel personal when you arrive. We took our dog with us and it was the perfect place for her. The backyard area with the patio table and outdoor shower was absolutely fantastic for coming back in from a day at the ocean. Plus enough room for our pup to stretch her legs and have bathroom space. So many places are labeled as pet friendly but don't have any green space for the dog to go outside. This little community of houses was great. We got a golf cart to help take our stuff to the beach and to go eat at night, which is always a good idea. The space inside the house was great too. There were only 4 of us and we didn't even use one of the bedrooms so plenty of space. When we arrived, the garage door wouldn't open and I text Cathy. Within 3 minutes, her husband, Gene was at the door to help reset the wifi and get us all set up. Communication with both Gene and Cathy was nothing short of EXACTLY what you want when renting a place. Washer/dryer worked perfectly. Bathrooms were spacious. Plenty of towels. Plus the amenities in the bathrooms were great. Soap, spray, makeup removing wipes, and a couple of face masks. Little touches make it very worthwhile since so much of that area is bought up by big rental companies who most certainly do NOT pride themselves on upkeep of the places. Would absolutely stay here again and cannot recommend their home enough!!

We were in town for a baseball tournament and the property did not disappoint! Beautiful, as shown in the pictures. Clean, well stocked, close proximity to the beach, while just far enough to get a good quiet night’s sleep. Well furnished rooms & linen. We didn’t take our pup, but loved the attention and convenience of a pup friendly home! Backyard shower, access from garage and 2nd fridge make this a perfectly thought out, comfortable, relaxing vacation spot!

We loved this home for our family vacation! It was very clean and Mrs. Cathy was so easy to work with! The neighborhood was great and very private! The beach and restaurants were in very close distance from the house as well. Our dogs absolutely loved walking the neighborhood and the fenced in back area of the house! Highly recommend this home for your stay!!

This property was perfect for our family and friends vacation to Miramar Beach! Plenty of space for the four adults and four kids (ages 1 to 13) in our group, very well kept and clean, and the kitchen was well stocked for anything we needed. Cathy helped us coordinate logistics of renting baby gear that we needed, which was so helpful for our first time traveling with our one year old, and provided great recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area. This house is in a great location with a short 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Our group also really enjoyed the community pool! We had an amazing time on our vacation and will definitely be coming back to this house in tbe future!!

A close walk to the beach which was great for the babies. The pool was also a hit. The house was clean and the owners were so kind. Very happy!

The house was really nice and it was very clean. Cathy was easy to communicate with. The location of the house was a perfect distance from the beach. You are close enough for walking but far enough away from all the chaos. The only negative I would have is the lack of cable tv. The owners do disclose that in their advertising. We would definitely rent the home again.

This place was amazing. Clean, warm, welcoming. Very easy to get to and very easy to get to the beach. Plenty of space for all 7 of us during the stay.

Definitely a place we would stay again! Conveniently situated between Destin and Destin too :)
