Stayed Sep 1, 2025The pool electrical box had no cover and was exposed to rain - Electrocution hazard, code and safety violation. We didnt use The pool deck was misrepresented. Ithad rotted holes and exterior lights didn’t work becuase of water in the bulbs - electrocution hazed, tripping hazard and code and safety violation. We didnt use. Exterior gate was rusted and broken / it wouldn’t close. Safety and code violation. Bedroom window near broken gate would not close - safety and code violation Listing said it had a home gym - no gym was there. A set of hand weights were on the dark, broken deck. - misrepresentation The kitchenette advertised had the fridges locked - couldn’t use - misrepresentation. The house is on a crazy busy road. Couldn’t sleep from motorcycles and cars racing and reving motors.

Stayed Mar 30, 2025We loved the boho style - lots of plants! - and layout of the house. It was perfect for my family of three and in-laws. We enjoyed the pool for swimming after the beach the roomy couch for watching Netflix in the evening. We hadn’t realized it’s on kind of a busy street, but there wasn’t much traffic at night so it was quiet while sleeping. The host was very helpful and responsive.

Stayed Mar 20, 2025Truly, the greatest customer service I have ever had with a VRBO host. Alexandre’s response time is incredibly quick and helpful — he gave amazing dining and night life recommendations catered to our group that made our time in St. Petersburg exceptional. Everyone in our group continuously commented on the accuracy of the listing to the pictures — it is a beautifully curated home with everything you could need and more!! Overall a WONDERFUL experience that I would recommend to everyone — families, couples trips, bachelorettes, friends, etc. Alexandre is the best host, I definitely recommend staying here!!!

Stayed Feb 16, 2025Comfortable home very beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed to cook and relax. Although the pool was very cold so we didn’t get to enjoy that. Outside lights did not work unless plugged in through kitchen window with extension cord.

Stayed Jan 17, 2025This house was excellent for our out-of-town party of 8. We enjoyed the open floor plan and the use of the backyard for overflow seating and conversations with our local relatives who joined us for a few meals and general visiting. Some of us went fishing in Tampa Bay with a guide and were thrilled to feed ladyfish to a friendly dolphin, others enjoyed bowling and the beach. Unfortunately, the pool heater was not working and the water was much too cold for swimming, so Alexandre gave us a discount which we greatly appreciated.

Stayed Dec 23, 2024Nice place, nice beds, great kitchen, awesome pool but too cold to swim of course. We cooked a lot and had fun. Dogs loved it too.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024My wife said “let go to Tampa!”, so we packed up the family and flew down for the 4th of July and a few extra days. It was, shall we say, hot when we arrived at 3am. And even though the pool wasn’t much cooler, it made a big difference to jump in and go to bed refreshed. We spent a lot of time in the pool and enjoyed some of Alexadre’s local choices for food, all within 10 minutes of the property. The kitchen and living space was great for cooling off in the a/c and watching some TV with the kids. Alexandre was very communicative and responsive when we had questions. We were so busy with friends and touring around, we didn’t get a chance to visit the beach or his restaurant. I hope to someday have the opportunity to visit both and thank him in person for such a lovely experience.
