The Space:

Terrific 2 bedroom, 2 bath stand alone home right in the heart of town on Elk Ave, within 1/2 a block to the free shuttle to the mountain, practically right across the street from the town tennis courts. Bring your pooch!



As you walk into the house you will find a functional mudroom to put your boots, shoes and some of yourgear. Continue in and to the left is the living room and to the right is the kitchen. The very functional kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and a dining nook.  The living room has a pullout sofa and a smart tv with Apple TV connected to it.  While the pictures show a fireplace, it is no longer operational as the owner put in a boiler years ago for heat. The downstairs is all wood floors except for in the mudroom which is tile. There is a full bath on the first floor with full sized washer and dryer.



You will find 2 bedrooms upstairs with a shared bath. One bedroom has a queen bed with a full futon. The other guest room has 2 twin beds.

There is a large deck overlooking a fenced in backyard. You will also find a gas grill on the deck year round.  



The free town shuttle stops right down the street at the Four Way Stop which will take you around town and up to the ski resort. 



This is a pet friendly property. You are welcome to bring one dog and will be charged a separate pet fee at the time of booking. Additional dog may be considered, please contact us to discuss. No cats allowed.



The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian.

Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.

Guest Access:

Check-in instructions to include key codes will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival by email after 4 pm MST.



The Neighborhood:

Right next to the parking lot where you'd park and ride to the ski area. 1 block from the business district of the town of Crested Butte.



Getting Around:

Easy to walk or take a bus around the area.
