We came for the week to ski at Purgatory. The location was great! The space and size was perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved the upstairs loft area. Having a washer and dryer on site was great! The communication with the management was prompt and very kind. A few days before the furnace needed replacing so they did their best to find us a new location. Thankfully the furnace was replaced just days before we got there. However, the maintenance guys tracked in muddy footprints. We also didn't have many towels. Once the cleaning lady came, she was wonderful by the way, she set us up with more towels, proper dishwasher tabs, swept and mopped for us and gave us more trash bags. She was fantastic! She did say she was just taking over this unit from the previous cleaners. Overall it was a great place and had everything we needed!

Everything was perfect, we were minutes away from Durango and a short drive to Silverton, Ouray, and Telluride.

Nice drive in from ABQ airport. Resort is nice, and quite. Very close to Purgatory ski resort. Also close for visiting Silverton and Ouray and Million Dollar highway. By fear some of the best views anywhere in the world. Only challenge is groceries and restaurant options in the area. Will do it again. Price and value are very good as well. Thanks

The shower upstairs would not drain. We had to take a shower with dirty water in the shower. The sink would not drain and the toliet would require two flushes to flush. The upstairs TV would not work. All the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. the bathroom downstairs never had hot water. The carpet in the living room had major black dirty stains. We called and reported the issues and nobody ever came or even called to check on us. Very disappointing.

It had an unbearable odor that Lysol would not take away, uncomfortable mattress, in dire need of new linens, broken sliding door.The kitchen had the bottom of the oven exposed and no fan or hood.Family room dirty carpet. Lawn chairs on patio the straps were broken in chairs. Upon arrival went to use washer & mold in the lining had to clean that out. Drains were very slow draining. Dishwasher didn’t work.Beautiful view from patio. Still has popcorn ceilings.The description was incorrect - said fireplace, no fireplace, kitchen was not updated, no work area as mentioned. We did not care about the fireplace or work area. The upstairs was better other than shower drains that did not drain well.Nice restaurant on property.
