Stayed Oct 25, 2025The house was clean and comfortable, and the location was great. We had a good time. But there were a number of maintenance issues, such as a missing garage door opener, and the management company—overly bureaucratic and intrusive in other matters—seemed clueless. In my experience, the best VRBOs are those that are managed (and used) by their actual owners, and this was no exception.

Stayed Oct 3, 2025Reasons it did not get 5star. If I stay at a 5 star I expect everything to be working, super clean and newer beds and clean linens. The home is in a great neighborhood and suited us well. Check in process was a breeze and we checked in early and paid the fee to do so. Jacuzzi had a known problem but was not in the listing. We called for help and basically didn’t get any. 3 calls and then they said they would call back and didn’t. We found it had no power after filling. We located the access panel in the master bedroom and the everything was hooked up, went to the breaker box in the dark and turned on the tub it came on. After taking a bath we had to then go back outside in the dark to turn off the breaker. There is an electrical issue with the tub itself. There wasn’t a lot of wash clothes for a family of 6 staying. The game room for the kids was great! The master and couches were loaded with pillows. The kind you know can’t be cleaned and they smelled stale and used for sure. That was a turn off. The dishwasher, I assume due to hard water on the inside looks gross. One of the glass pieces on the table was loose but still attached. The back door allows you to open and go out even if not unlocked but then you are locked out. Happened to me. Gate has a padlock so I couldn’t go out the gate and had to knock & call someone upstairs to let me back in. lol padlock is a safety issue for the need to get out.

Stayed Mar 17, 2025Came for spring break and saw grand canyon and sedona. Enjoyed downtown Flagstaff and some nearby hiking as well. Excellent property, quiet neighborhood, easy to get everywhere we needed. Master bed very comfortable. Kids loved game room. Minor complaints: Pillows on twin beds not very good/comfortable and kids swapped them for pillows from a different bedroom that was not used. Would suggest property manager get some better ones. Coffee pot was found to have a hairline crack in it and slowly dripped and sizzled on the burner. We just poured out coffee once made into another pot they had, but the cracked pot should also probably get replaced. Finally, the strange glass breakfast nook table had one top that was only held on by a single screw and felt like it might come off. We just avoided using that table altogether & I would just suggest not having a glass table at all in a rental as it would seem just a matter of time before someone breaks it & could be a big mess. Oh, and there were only a few regular size spoons - could use at least 3 or 4 more. Those were minor gripes and did not really affect our stay or our enjoyment of the property. Would definitely stay there again if in Flagstaff.

Stayed Sep 26, 2024OMG!!! Everything that could be imagined was suppled for us right down to fragrance free everything! One family member has severe fragrance allergies so this was especially nice. Our baby had a bed and high chair supplied. Beautiful quiet neighborhood and although we did not have time for the games or game room it looked like so much fun! Accommodations for 7 adults and a baby were perfect!!! We all had room to spread out as well. The only suggestion I have is to have mirrors in the bedrooms. We certainly figured it out and when I am back in Flagstaff this will be my first option!!

Stayed Aug 30, 2024We were in the house for 3 nights with my parents and 2 kids (aged 5 and 3). The house was clean and was very well stocked, whether it’s linens, towels, blankets or kitchen pantry items and utensils. The house was spacious and just the perfect size for 4 adults and 2 kids. The game room was a big hit with the kids and adults alike. After day trips to the town and Grand Canyon, everyone had their favorite areas to relax.

Stayed Jul 18, 2024We were up for a grandson swim meet at NAU. Despite a ton of road construction and hassled driving we still could get there and back in 15 mins or so. The home fit our needs very well. Wish there would have been a check in brochure on the home and perhaps was but never found it. We really appreciated the home though, Thanks very much.
