The interior of this vacation home is thoughtfully designed, featuring bright and spacious layouts across its 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Vaulted ceilings, marble floors, pillared archways, crown molding, and professional décor add a touch of drama and opulence. The kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, complemented by a separate formal dining room. The living room boasts comfortable seating and a large flatscreen TV, creating an inviting space for communal gatherings. High-speed WiFi/Internet is available throughout the villa.

The master bedroom, with its king-size bed, offers an expansive view of the outdoor tropical landscape. A baby bed and camp bed are also available. Once you have reserved this property online, we require the following:

1. The responsible party will sign a rental agreement, which includes filling out a list with names and age s of all occupants (this will be emailed to you).

2. The person responsible for the credit card payment will be required to email us a photo of their driver license or passport.

3. That you read, understand and accept the house rules.

HOUSE RULES:
No smoking or use of incense
No pets are allowed without prior consent from the owner
Garbage disposal unit in kitchen sink is only for small food residue when rinsing off plates. If bigger items go in garbage disposal, they will block it and must be removed manually. This means putting the hand down the garbage disposal and remove the food items that block the rotating parts
No balloons or glass in pool area
Fill pool with hose if below 1,5 inch of overflow gauge
No more than four cars parked by house or in neighbourhood area -city code
Pompano City outside noise roules applies: In single-family neighborhoods between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. the acceptable amount of noise can be described as the sound of a dishwasher in the next room. Between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. the acceptable amount of noise can be described as the sound of a refrigerator or quiet conversation.
Keep doors and windows closed to avoid bugs inside/energy loss/AC breakdown
Lock windows and doors when leaving house
Keep garage door closed
Lock the bikes when out of garage; codes are “1323”, “Fans” “Sink” and “Took”.
Garbage should be placed in garbage bin before check out
Garbage bin should be put out on curb the day before pick-up (Monday and Thursday)
Late checkout fee: 0-1 hour $ 100. More than 1 hour $ 330 per hour.
