Woodland Chalet was created by my sister and me as the kind of place we always searched for ourselves — warm lighting, good films, nature outside the windows, and space to slow down.
Hidden in the woods of Penn Estates, the house is made for long dinners, hot tub nights and weekends that feel personal instead of rushed.
The home sits inside a gated community with access to swimming pools, lakes with beach access, tennis and basketball courts, walking trails, and more
Designed with natural textures, warm wood tones, and calming details throughout, the chalet feels cozy year-round — from snowy winter weekends to peaceful summer mornings in the woods.

A smooth arrival at Penn Estates
Woodland Chalet is inside the gated Penn Estates community. About 10 days before check-in, we'll send a quick HOA registration form (5 minutes). On arrival, stop at the Welcome Center with valid ID and car registration for your gate pass — we'll coordinate everything on our end.

Pet policy
Up to 3 dogs · flat $150 fee (one charge, all dogs) · must be house-trained

Please cover after each use · no soaps, bubbles, or glass · use at your own risk.

25 MPH community speed limit · driveway only (no street parking — HOA fines/towing) · fits up to 8 vehicles · max 12 guests / 8 vehicles per HOA.
