- NOTE: Please note you will need to purchase guest passes upon arrival for access to the community pools and amenities. Daily passes are $8 on weekdays and $10 on weekends or holidays per person, per day. Weekly passes are $30 on non-holiday weeks and $50 on holiday weeks per person, per week
