Stayed Sep 10, 2025This was my second time staying at this property, and it is still my favorite of the 6 locations I have visited over the years. It is a perfect location, approximately 2 blocks from downtown. Perfect distance to whatever you want, food, shopping, etc. the home is just big enough and has all the amenities that a couple or couple with children need

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Plum cottage before and we have enjoyed it. This year however, there was a massive construction project next door ( backhoes, 60 ft cranes ) that were difficult to live next to. Problems with building supplies, parking of contractors, dirt and a lot of noise. The house itself could use more regular yard care, weeds and dead branches in trees are an eyesore. There were several undercounter lights out in the kitchen area, and the master mattress should be changed out.

Stayed Feb 13, 2025Property was as described, centrally located in town, very clean, and very well equipped woth anything needed to make it feel like home.We had 4 days of 15 of snow in town and there were folks that came and shovelled which was also very appreciated.If we are back in Breck, it would be hard to feel the need to look elsewhere for our family of 5.

Stayed Dec 26, 2024This property has the feel of old charm and the comfort of updated finishes. The location is ideal for walking to restaurants and shops and getting to the mountain is easy on the shuttle. If I could buy the place, I would.

Stayed Sep 17, 2024We loved our stay at Plum Cottage. An adorable little cottage close to everything in Breckenridge. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms and bathrooms are compact but comfortable. I would stay here again.

We love the Plum cottage and the staff at SMR is wonderful. Very responsive and helpful.. Our TV reception problems were solved by staff in hours. My only semi dissatisfaction is with the status of the dead tree in front ( dead last year too ) and the fact that yard maintenance is minimal. The interior is very nice and suits us to a T. We love Breckenridge!
