Beautiful home for the family! We have 3 bedrooms on the main floor, upstairs is no longer available. Plenty of space to relax indoors and outdoors. Enjoy the full size kitchen if you like to cook and enjoy the large custom wood dining table. Stayed Aug 1, 2025I didn't like it, it wasn't very clean, there were webs under the beds in the coffee maker, spiders in the bathrooms, and the owner takes care of you all the time. My family and I felt harassed, intimidated, and she sticks gum on the floors and puts broken things to keep part of the deposit. Abused, always check the house first and take videos to have proof.

Stayed Jun 1, 2025We celebrated 3 birthdays within our extended family stay. We had 5 adults, 3 teens and 3 kids. This house gave us plenty to do! Everyone stayed busy and had so much fun! We went out for coffee early in the mornings on the porch and saw rabbits, a fox and her cubs and a turtle. Plenty of indoor activities and outdoor activities. Secluded but close to the dollar store for essentials. Everything was provided. Beds were comfy. A/C worked great in summer heat both upstairs and downstairs. I didn’t realize there were only clawfoot tubs in the house for both bathrooms so great grandma couldn’t bathe for risk of falls. Also the “shower” in those baths was a nightmare. Water would go everywhere and the curtain sticks to you as you try and shower. Very small. Maybe a wider rod to help keep it off you. They are beautiful though and though I wanted a soak I never found the time. The chairs in the formal dining room were beautiful and antique but very unsturdy. Two were already broken. Table was large enough for all of our meals, games and puzzles. Close to Turner Falls and even better was Little Niagara Falls in Sulfur. Overall we were quite happy!

Stayed May 24, 2024We really enjoyed the location and priprerty. There were some downsides with the location but it was built in 1904, so it was to be expected. Otherwise it was a great time, enjoyed the history and really close to several locations to visit.
