Stayed May 20, 202510 out of 10: From the near immediate responses to the comprehensive digital guide book to the location to the details within the home/yard, everything was perfect. You can tell these property owners have been doing this awhile as every need is anticipated. The home made me feel nostalgic for my childhood, yet it had modern twists. If I had to complain about something to attempt to show fairness, I couldn't. We will definitely stay with Cozy in KC again.

Stayed Mar 24, 2025It's a very nice place in a great location in KC. We had a lovely time, and the yard was great for the dogs! Our only minor flaw was the house seemed dark and wasn't very well-lit. Beds were super comfy BTW!

Stayed Feb 27, 2025Such a fun VRBO! Super cozy, nice firm mattress, great kitchen with literally all of the tools that we needed (and ALL of the coffee makers!!). And we walked to the Plaza for a great stroll. But what made this stay especially perfect was when I left my cooler behind, Kristen was wonderfully accommodating. Her cleaning crew found the cooler and worked to make sure we got it back. Thank you so much! Best hosts, hands down.

Stayed Feb 6, 2025The Location is centrally located between the Country Club Plaza and Westport and literally just minutes away from downtown. Our families came from San Diego and St. Louis. It was a great time to be had by all except for the Chiefs loss in the Super Bowl.

Stayed Aug 15, 2023We were moving our daughter in to KCAI's dorm in August. The dog was going to have to come with us, and this is one of the closest to campus that allows dogs. We wanted a stand alone house. The neighborhood was pleasant. Lots of folks walking around. The house is on the high side of the street. Sitting on the porch is quite a perch over the comings and goings. The driveway, while it will accept two cars, is a death star like corridor. Passengers had to get out so you could park close enough to the wall to get out. Street parking near the house was a premium. The house was comfortable and clean. Everything worked and there were plenty of utensils. I did struggle to get to the antenna on the TV, so seeing local news/coverage was a little tough. Fortunately one of the stations has an app and broadcasts the 10pm news live online. The backyard was well enclosed for the dog. We encountered a rabbit and plenty squirrels. Climbing up the steps with big feet was challenging, and there's a rickity brick that can catch you off guard. Back to the location, we were so close to campus it was an easy drive. One night we walked to Cooper's Hawk (food was okay, wouldn't recommend). Went a number of times up Pennsylvania to the restaurants above 42nd Street. Denver Biscuit and Snooze were good for breakfast. If you want an excellent breakfast, eggtc on Main Street. It wasn't hard to get to the Target over on the Kansas side of town. Overall we had a great trip.
