The S. Andalusia Beach access is located directly across 30A from the community entrance. This prime stretch of public beach gives renters plenty of room to enjoy the Gulf Coast!

Seaside and a variety of restaurants are just a stroll or bike ride away. Embrace the outdoors with miles of paved bike/walking path right across the street from The Grove's entrance, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of all 30A has to offer. Plus, the public beach walkover awaits directly across 30A from the subdivision's entrance, ensuring convenient access to our white-sand beaches.
Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Parking:
• Parking for 3 Vehicles.
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
• NO STREET PARKING
House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.
• Credit card information will be required to be held in case of bike loss or damage.

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
Very nice property in cute little neighborhood. Very convenient to seaside, publix, & beach. Steep steps down from private beach access, but public access has ramp, and is easy bike/walk. Neighborhood lovely quiet refuge on N side 30a, however, multiple crosswalks with low speed traffic makes for safe access to south side & beach/bike paths. Small, completely fenced yard, with seating area is great for children/dogs. 2 pools, w one heated to very pleasant temperature for fall/winter swim (bring robe-I forgot cool weather cover-up). Good mix age groups from fams w toddlers, teens, & dogs, to older couples alone. Very pleasant; wd use again. NB: I wish id known 30A is pretty much cut in half; closed for bridge construction for quite a while - cannot pass (W to E), after old Florida fish house - must go via 98 to reach East side (Rosemary, Alys, Seacrest, Inlet)! Recommend bikes, & golf cart was handy - yes, can park at seaside, but REVIEW 30A RULES IF RENTING G CART WHEN ROAD RE-OPENS.
We truly enjoyed our stay. Clean, good location and everything we wanted and needed.
This is a very nice home in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, just blocks off the beach. It is fresh, well maintained, clean, well decorated, welcoming and very comfortable. The pictures you see on the website are a little outdated - the dining table is now massively long and would have no problem seating 10-12 people. The piano is gone and there are no bikes on the premises. There is beach access directly up the street but be aware there is no parking at this access point. It is a short, very doable walk from the house, but if you're toting kids, beach umbrellas, chairs, gear, etc. you may opt for the beach access with parking that is about half mile down 30A. Both are good options. I would definitely return to this rental. Its very good.
The rental and check in process was excellent. And the house was clean and well laid out plenty of room for all six of my family members. I brought my wife, my two kids and two of their friends. The location was also excellent as it was just a few minute walk from the beach. We did rent a golf cart while on property for shuttling back-and-forth to the beach which turned out to be fantastic. Beach access was awesome and the beach was also not that crowded. The outdoor shower and the backyard made it awesome for bringing our family Pet, he also love the beach and the ocean. all of the beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook anything that we desired. the atmosphere in the square was amazing. i give this one 5?????.
