Pirate’s Cove is a luxury vacation home that places you near the beaches and waterways of Bradenton Beach. As an added perk, guests can rent a golf cart for an additional fee—perfect for cruising to the beach, exploring the island, or heading out to dinner without moving your car. The homes layout lends itself to being the perfect place do stay during your island getaway. With 2 floors, 7 bedrooms, and 7 and a half baths it leaves plenty of space for friends and family to have their own little oasis.

The elevated home also comes with a full kitchen, the perfect place to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Or make use of the outside grill and enjoy a meal next to the private pool. Pirate’s Cove also has splendid views, as you can see the surrounding beaches and Skyway Bridge from the roof top deck. Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise from one of the bedroom balconies.

During your stay on Anna Maria Island, you’ll find yourself close to great locations. Pirate’s Cove places you close to Historic Bridge Street, where you can experience local restaurants, bars, and shopping. Gulf of Mexico Beach is only five minutes away, meaning that pristine waters and crystal sands are barely a trip away. Further north on the island you can visit the gulf beaches of Holmes Beach, and further north still you’ll find Pine Ave. There, fine island shopping and tasty eats await. Be sure to visit the famous Bean Point, Anna Maria Island’s serene beach spot. One of the only Any Day arrival properties on the island.

35’ Private Dock that fits up to a 26’ boat. IMPORTANT NOTE! Due to tide fluctuations the draft of the boat is an important consideration when reserving this property. NOT all types of boats will work well during low tide. The water line can range from 3” to 36” based on high and low tides. If tidal flow is a noted concern, your planned boat requires significant draft, or the captain of the boat has limited experience navigating high and low tidal artificial waterways/tributaries, then we suggest a vacation rental that provides for more significant water depths. Your booking is with Island Real Estate Vacations. We will send you check-in instructions 30 days prior to your arrival date. Please review the cancellation policy prior to booking. Island Real Estate Vacations will charge your credit card for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

Payment of reservation deposit is considered acceptance of all terms regardless of signature status of contract. Guest is responsible for adhering to the rental terms and dates. Any error on Guest’s part is not the responsibility of the agent. Sub-leasing of your vacation rental is strictly prohibited. A mid-stay clean and charge equal to the standard cleaning fee are required for all stays 21 nights or longer. By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from our company. Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Please note unless alternative arrangements are made, the bank account or credit card on file will be charged your remaining balance automatically at 60 days. If you initially paid with an eCheck and received the booking incentive, please remember future payments must also be made with an eCheck. Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:
7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)
10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)
The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.

    The home has exactly what we needed in all aspects such as having an equipped kitchen, plenty of bedrooms with each it’s own bath, open space for time together, quiet location and easy walk to the nearby beach. Our grandson caught a fish on the home’s dock with his third cast and believe me he was so happy! The outdoor space was loved by all especially the spacious hot tub, pool, tv, eating area and balconies! Having the use of the golf cart made it very convenient when people were going to different destinations! Being older than a lady will admit the elevator was a dream come true! Combine all the amenities with such a clean environment and caring rental company gives this home a five star rating!!

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The golf cart rental was very convenient for getting around. The outdoor entertainment with boat dock was a hit for everyone.

    Check in was very easy, we had issues unlocking the door at first. I called the office and they immediately help me remotely unlock the door. The view from the canal was wonderful. We had golf carts to drop people off at the beach, but it's also an easy 5 or so minute walk. If you have kids, the pool might be a bit small. We had five kids with us and they were on top of each other when they all swam. There is a large tanning shelf if you just like to hang out there. All of the beds and bedrooms were very comfortable. We were easily able to fit our family of 11 without any issues.I wish the fridge was bigger or there was a second fridge. The fridge is counter depth, so it limits what you can put into the fridge. It was a challenge with a larger group to fit everything we needed into the fridge. You also have to make ice the old fashion way, with trays. Once we realized that we just bought bags of ice. Overall it was a comfortable stay and a fun location for our family.

    We rented Pirates Cove because of elevator and golf cart for seniors. Elevator was not available and golf cart situation not as listed. No dressers for clothing in bedrooms.

    Our family stayed at Pirate Cove for a week between Christmas and New Years. What a beautiful home! The layout was perfect for us with a huge stocked kitchen and in suite bathrooms. There was really no sun in the pool area but we loved the roof top sun deck! Island Real Estate was amazing to work with. They were so on top of all our needs. We would highly recommend this home.

    I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible property on Anna Maria Island, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a stunning view and a beautifully maintained home that exceeded all our expectations. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the pristine beaches of Anna Maria Island. The property is spacious, comfortably accommodating our large group of 14 adults. Each room is elegantly decorated and thoughtfully furnished, providing a luxurious yet cozy ambiance. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the living areas were perfect for both relaxation and socializing. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, making it easy to prepare meals for our group. We enjoyed several evenings dining al fresco on the patio, taking in the breathtaking sunset views. The pool area was another highlight, offering a private oasis for swimming and lounging. What truly set this property apart was the exceptional attention to detail and the outstanding service. The property was immaculately clean, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring that our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Overall, this property provided the perfect setting for our coastal getaway. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation on Anna Maria Island.     The property management was superior. Tv by the pool wasn’t working and they came and replaced it with a new one, just in time to watch the Gator game! The golf cart was amazing and we truly enjoyed our stay!
