Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great stay. The proximity of the property to the beach is excellent. A short walk or an even shorter drive. The location of this specific unit is right next to the pool and splash pad. It is a smaller, family friendly property. Most people we say we’re families with children, not a rambunctious crowd. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had ample supplies. Only complaint - the floors looked clean when we arrived, but it became apparent that they were clearly very dirty/not mopped. Our 10 month old’s hands and legs were black after just a few minutes of crawling around.

My wife, 2 daughters (2 and 7) and I had a wonderful time. The room had a separate room for the girls, 2 bathrooms and a living room with overlooking kitchen. Outside the room is a pool with a splash pad and Pirate ship playground. Beach is right around the corner you could walk to if you wanted but we drove to carry all our supplies. There is a place to rent Beach vehicles. Perfect spot for a young family. We even used the bbq section for burgers and dogs

It is close to the beach and the pool and play area is always clean too.

We had a lovely stay! The beach is easy walking distance and the pool was perfect for the kids and very clean considering how many people were using it. I do wish there was a keypad on the back door closer to the parking lot but it wasn’t a big deal. Amenities were all in working order and the place was very clean. We would stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was overall was great when we got inside. Plenty of kitchen dishes, etc to prepare your own food. Location is great- pool right outside and playground was so convenient especially with small kids. 30 second ride to the beach. The only critique I gave is that our unit wasn’t ready to check in until almost 5 even though they said check in was at 4, so we had to keep 3 young kids occupied for an hour. Also, the master bedroom was warmer than the rest of the house. However, we would stay at Smugglers Cove again!
