Multiple fireplaces add a cozy touch. The beds are comfortable. Large living room is conducive to spending time together. Hot tub was a hit!

We traveled with our two large dogs, and they thoroughly enjoyed the huge, fully fenced yard, it was perfect for them and gave us peace of mind.The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking at home easy and convenient. We were also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful dog-friendly touches, including a dog bowl and other items for our pups, which we really appreciated.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and felt right at home. We would absolutely book this property again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with family and dogs.

The house was clean everything was labeled and instructions were clear. Management team was always checking in on us and very professional. They always answered quickly to each concern. Would recommend this place for sure!

A big hassle dealing with R&R. Too much paperwork. Not responsive to questions prior to the trip. The house was beautiful, very clean but it was horribly noisy from Pioneer Rd. Couldn’t leave windows open because of the noise so the house got very hot. Neither of us could sleep. We ended up leaving after one night but paid for 4 nights.

We stayed a whole week at Pioneer Pines. The four of us and our dog had the best of everything from a fully stocked kitchen to the hot tub and laundry facilities. My two daughter’s had their own rooms downstairs and a bathroom. Which was just right for two teen girls. Everything in the vacation home worked well, we had no issues. It was very clean and the decor was very appealing. The WiFi access was available and the location of the home was in the perfect location to the lake, shopping and dining. The neighbors are very kind and the neighborhood is welcoming and quiet. The hosts were accessible for questions and open to our feedback. Being summer I thought we would need a house with AC but the ceiling fans and open windows were perfectly fine for Lake Tahoe’s weather. Overall this was one of the best vacations our family has ever had and we would definitely stay in this vacation home again. I searched for several places to stay and it took a lot of time while booking this trip and I am so happy to say it was worth it! So, if you’re looking for the perfect place to stay, look no further because this is the one!

Reviewer Comments: This was a beautiful home that was perfect for our family vacation.Pros: spacious, extremely clean, well appointed, comfortable, hottub was clean and easy to operate, clear instructions for check-out, lovely neighborhood and a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Cons: beds were a little soft for our taste (the couch downstairs is the firmest and comfortable for those who need a firm mattress). Additionally, the floor heating downstairs in the rec room was too warm. We could not change the thermostat for the floor heat so contacted the property manager and they had someone come very quickly. They changed some settings but was not able to completely fix it. However, it was a small inconvenience and overall we would definitely stay here again.

The house was spacious and had several amenities. The hot tub was great and the large, fenced in backyard was ideal for the dog. Only downsides were that the fridge was not working and a loaner fridge was installed and 2 of the fireplaces were not working. The heated floors were also nice.

Loved our stay! Would only recommend more family games/playing cards etc.

Place was clean, everything worked as advertised.

This property was exactly as listed. Lots of room for our entire family. Great location for any activities in the South end. We had everything we needed. Could have used a few more box fans, as we had some really warm weather, but ceiling fans helped a lot. We texted the property manager and didn’t hear back…ever. Overall, great place to stay.

One thing I would recommend, in the summertime when it is hotter, a bigger ceiling fan in the living room. Overall the house was great.
