Nice place. Everything you need for a beach vacation.

The check in process was very easy/efficient. We communicated with Hector who did a fabulous job and was very friendly. The house is better than advertised. It is very clean and has everything needed for cooking/cleaning/showers-restroom. The location is incredible…..PERFECT views of The Gulf of Mexico from all 3 balconies. The private pool is a game changer….great to relax in after a day at the beach. My Wife/I agreed The Pink Pearl is one of our favorites and will definitely be back!!!

It was a wonderful place to stay. So convenient being able to walk straight down to the beach with chair service, extra chairs provided by the unit was a plus, rinsing off on your way back up, using the on property pool, having the gorgeous views from each level of the house along with the palm trees in the front, gorgeous bathrooms, it truly was everything I was hoping for. A little noisy with being on a high traffic road and being so close to other units and the beach access, but it was worth it!

The location was directly on the street and right beside a beach access. I was surprised at the scale of the kitchen and living room based on pictures. I was pleasantly surprised at all the cleaning products available. The cleanliness was way above 5 stars!

Hearing the ocean and seeing the dolphins was so relaxing and beautiful! Not only is the home a perfect location, but the furniture is very comfortable and the kitchen extremely equipped! It sites directly on the beach and beautiful views for the decks. I loved the private plunge pool. I’m happy the owner has a belt you can pull across the driveway since the house sits beside the public beach access and cars would likely pull in drive if this belly wasn’t there. The Frangista Beach Properties staff were kind and on top of things. I will look to revisit this house and area again. Excellent experience!

It's a bit noisy at times and when returning back after leaving to go somewhere, you would occasionally have to wait on a golf cart that would be parked in the driveway dropping off or picking up people at the public beach access. The property manager does everything they can to ensure this doesn't happen but unfortunately not everyone reads the No Parking signs. Overall, this is one of the most beautiful rentals we have ever stayed at while visiting our favorite vacation spot. We enjoyed grilling out and even jumped in the private pool several times. We also loved the new furniture! This rental has everything you need.

The beds were comfy, the house had everything we needed and the pool was an exceptional retreat for cooling off without salt water. The kids had a blast being able to go between and the adults were able to relax! The beach was beautiful- it was great to have the chair service ready and waiting because the beach got crowded and we always had a space earmarked! The house is on the main drag which was great for walking/running path access and walkable to an Alvin’s, coffee and ice cream. It was a bit noisy for the nights we wanted to sleep early because of the beach access and being a happening area, but for those wanting to be in the mix, it would be fun! Overall great stay! Frangista rental company was incredible with communication & anything we might have needed during our stay!

It was a beautifully maintained home with great views of the beach and sunsets. The location was within walking distance to many restaurants and shops(shopping, coffee, ice cream, etc). There was something for everyone.
