Great location !!! We enjoyed our stay .

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was my wife and myself along with our two adult kids that vacationed here. The home is beautiful and spacious. It has everything you would need in the kitchen. The pool is a good size (although daily cleaning of pine needles is a necessity) That ends the nice part of our vacation. We arrived, house was filthy it clearly had not had a good cleaning in a long time, sand in the master shower & bathroom, dishes were filthy with food on them, floors filthy, ceiling fans were so nasty that when turned on dirt was flying, down kitchen was super sticky and nasty, bar was so sticky we refused to use it we basically had to wipe down all bathrooms and kitchen before unpacking. Trash found in the couch, pics taken and sent to realty co. Dead bugs everywhere. We arrived with no Wi-Fi on Saturday and it wasn't restored until later on Monday(appears to be a common problem there) so not only no Wi-Fi, but the TVs were no go because of no a family we had wanted to be able to watch movies together, we basically had two days of wi-fi and tv and that was it and even then it was slow. Wi-Fi went out again on Friday. No cue ball for the pool table, no ball for foosball table. Tv at the bar does not have a power cord so it doesn't work. If the wi-fi was fixed, a permanent fix, and the house was cleaned top to bottom and kept up with we would consider possibly coming back, but overall it was so gross and not having access to internet or tv it was a pretty miserable week.

The pool and pool area were covered in pine needles and vegetation debris upon arrival but the house was very clean. The only recommendation would be to improve the internet WiFi. Kitchen area was great along with the other areas of the house. Definitely would recommend staying there again.

The owner has checked every box to make sure that the guest have space to spread out and be comfortable from the kitchens to every bedroom! Every year we hit our favorite restaurants but we enjoyed the nice family table so much we dined in every night! Picked it up and brought it back! A first! I had to find a rental with an elevator because of a recent onset of back problems. Also needed the space this home has. It exceeded my expectations. I will stay with Beach Realty and this homeowner going forward. I only regret that we haven't been their guests years and years before now!
