Stayed Jul 17, 2025The property was perfectly laid out for our family of 4. Each of our teenage boys were able to have their own bed and had a bathroom to share. My wife and I had the king bed master bedroom with the walk-in closet. The living space was open and well laid out. All necessities were provided and the host was great. 10/10 recommend.

This is a gem of a property with everything you need to enjoy some down time after a day on the course.Kitchen is well stocked in terms of cookware and appliances as well as incidentals like seasonings, some coffee pods, etc.Comfortable living area and dining area and amazingly comfortable beds.TV’s in each room and each room has its own bathroom with shower.Communication with owner is extremely quick and check in and check out procedure very simple.Would definitely book again when in Pinehurst!

Stayed Apr 1, 2025Our first VRBO experience and we were pleasantly surprised. House is in a great location. The inside of the house is very clean and stocked with everything needed. AC / heat work very well and showers have lots of hot water. Meredith is great to work with and very promptly addressed 2 minor issues we had. We only wished that the decks had been cleaned off prior to our arrival as everything was covered with pine needles and pollen (that time of year) so we were not able to use.

Stayed Nov 26, 2024Lovely place. Clean, very comfortable, and well fitted out. Kitchen was large and had everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner with family. Quiet neighborhood, easy to go for long walks.
