We had a great time for a ski weekend. Host was helpful and easy to communicate with. The house is awesome.

This place is beautiful. The host checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. So clean and welcoming and a Christmas tree was the special touch for our family Christmas get-away. Would definitely go back.

Wow, where do we begin, from first entrance to the home we were amazed ! Out stay at Pinebrook Retreat was just wonderful from beginning to end. Literally anything you need is provided by the owners. We had everything we could possibly need and MORE! The game room alone was hours of fun for our family- we checked them alllll out! Then there are the endless beautiful views, incredible location, privacy, comfortable beds, I could go on and on. You can see the love and attention to small details the homeowners put into the property from the heated bathrooms to the luxurious bar stools it was like a week of being spoiled that’s for sure. We even looked up the bar stool brand for our own home. There was an incident that occurred to no fault of the homeowner and they were quick to respond AND help, letting us know they truly cares about the wellbeing of our family. Thank you again for a truly memorable stay! This was a core memory trip for sure.

This is an amazing house especially for a winter excursion, we had the coziest time over a weekend where we were lucky enough to get snow! The house is beautiful and very well thought out. Our kids and families loved it.

Amazing space with great amenities for a family gathering. Comfy beds and linens, well stocked kitchen, gas fireplaces were awesome, dining room table and bench were super for a gathering space, puzzles and games were fun, scenic views from every window, porches looked great as we stayed in winter. Cute decor. Excellent reply time from host.

All I can say is absolutely perfect! They supplied it all. Huge space and absolutely beautiful inside and out! If you’re looking for a perfect mountain house in Davis this is it!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The most well equipped, well maintained, and clean VRBO I have ever stayed in (and there have been lots). The owners are also very nice, helpful, and very timely in their responses.

The house and property are wonderful! Our grandsons truly enjoyed looking for Bigfoot and exploring!

The couple that runs this rental really knows what they are doing. They have covered everything you could think of. Fully stocked kitchen (bring own food of course), cleaning supplies, bedding, towels, game closet, movies, books, personal necessities, laundry detergent, dish soap……it’s all there. There were also just so many little things the owners did to make this a cozy rental that feels like home. The owner was also easy to contact and very responsive. We had 14 people in the house and we had plenty of space. Thank you so much for a great experience!

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 16. We appreciated all that was available for children - books, movies, Nintendo, etc. Having several gathering spaces was great! You thought of everything! We enjoyed the nearby adventures - Blackwater Falls, Dolly Sods, etc. Thanks so much!
