This quintessential family beach house is situated directly opposite the surf and sand at North Avoca. Pine View is a comfortable beach house with filtered ocean views from its living spaces and main bedrooms. Recently upgraded and freshly painted, this relaxed two storey holiday house which offers open plan spaces, two living areas each with a DVD player, two large entertaining decks, stunning sea breezes and a huge yard for the kids to play. This inviting holiday house features a timber andbeach theme throughout which adds to its appeal. Enjoy a 10 minute walk along the sand to Avoca Beach where you can enjoy a coffee or meal and take the kids paddle boating in the lagoon. Pine View is a five minute drive to Terrigal beach, eateries and shops, and a 15 minute drive to Erina Fair shopping centre. On the upper level master bedroom contains queen bed, built-in robe, deck access and ocean views, while bedroom 2 contains a double bed. On the lower level bedroom 3 contains a queen bed, built-in robe and ocean views, bedroom 4 contains two single beds with built-in robes, while bedroom 5 contains a tri-bunk bed and a single bed. Wi-Fi included.

On request Pineview is pet friendly property and while we love to have pets with us on holidays there are some conditions that apply to help respect and have a well-maintained property. Pets are not permitted inside any of the bedrooms or on any furniture or cushions.
Max of 2 pets up to 12kg each.
