Stayed Oct 11, 2024There are a number of issues with the listing 1. There are NOT 4 twin bunk beds (8 beds). There are 2 twin bunk beds for a total of 4 beds. 2. Property needs some serious TLC with respect to deep cleaning. cobwebs on chairs in kitchen on cabinets. walls/trims showing bad aging. coffee maker still had grounds from previous renters. food still in grill. trash found in common areas upon arrival. 3. the 4 beds are separate from main house (converted garage) and while it had vents, the main house a/c did not seem to help cool down. glad we stayed during fall and not summer. 4. ice maker clogged and somewhat frozen over. 5. the lower game room building - tv does not work. no a/c. If we went in summer, it would have been bad. 6. Games in game room, getting worn and not upkept. 7. exposed electric wiring in kitchen 8. House stuff (tools, paints, paint, etc.) everywhere and could be better organized and kept out of sight. Net: the place served its purposed although I would not go back. The Good: The kitchen was well stocked as were bathrooms. Floors clean too. beautiful views. plenty of seating. sauna was nice bonus and worked well.

Stayed Apr 10, 2024We arrived at this property but did not stay. The whole house, stove, refrigerator were dirty. The 'pool' was filthy and had not been cleaned. The flat top grill was rusted and the property from the house down to the club house was overgrown. The owner stated there was plenty of parking which there is not. There was no way that I would let my family stay here and no way would we recommend this place to anyone. We contacted the owner with the issues and he returned our money immediately. Honestly, after speaking with him, I'm not sure that he was aware of the sad state of this property.

Stayed Nov 4, 2022Nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The home was the perfect fit for my family. Very spacious for hanging out plus all the other activities that could be done on sight. Beautiful views for early morning coffee watching the sun rise and serene atmosphet catching the sunset. There is a deer feeder so chances of seeing deer are very high.
