Pine Hill Gardens in perfect Midtown Location

Loved that we felt at home. It was so cozy there. Beds were comfy and the patio was lovely. The shower was super teeny and not as clean as I prefer. Also, there was a washer and dryer there and we used it but were told not to because it was for emergencies only. But that wasn’t written down anywhere. We washed a sweater that had gotten food on it and a large towel that we purchased.

Excellent property. Great Service. Perfect for a family (with kids) visit to the capitol. Owner was very accommodating.

Charming cottage feel & Conveniently located close to FSU, the downtown and Capitol areas. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. I highly recommend Pine Hill Cottage.

This place was adorable and the location was perfect for us. The host was wonderful with communication and the check in / check out process was super easy. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it’s part of a house with tenants.

This property had everything we needed for a weeklong stay in Tallahassee. The amenities were appreciated. The location was great as we had to be at the Capitol everyday. Communication with the host was easy, too. Would definitely stay again!

Quiet neighborhood.

This place is adorable! I would love to highlight the pocket doors that separate the kitchen from the sitting room. There are games to play if you are traveling with others. I wish I could have enjoyed the courtyard! I was simply too busy this trip.

We used this specific Vrbo because it was close to TMH and that was why we were in town. A close relative was just moved into hospice care and we needed a place close to the hospital. Normally, when I'm in a Vrbo house, I do my best to fully enjoy the small details the host(s) provides, but during this stressful time, our sole focus was on our hospitalized relative. To make a long story short, our relative eventually passed away. The host was extremely supportive and considerate in their texts and that was very much appreciated during our time of mourning.

We stayed here as an evacuation from recent hurricanes. The property is cozy and comfortable. I especially loved the outdoor courtyard every morning, the walkable neighborhood, and proximity to FSU. Given that this is a private, but shared space, I had questions and texts daily to the owner, all of which were answered immediately and positively. We were made to be very comfortable and safe for our stay in a challenging time. Thank you!

Had a short, but great stay for parents weekend at Florida State. Location was a very walkable pleasant neighborhood and very quiet …was about a 10 minute ride to all the activities that we came to Tallahassee for. Would definitely stay again.

This is the sweetest little guest house in the perfect midtown Tallahassee location. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, but still under 10 minutes away from the Florida State campus, the capitol building, TMH and dozens of great restaurants and retail locations. My adult son and I were in town to visit family and the location couldn't have been more perfect. The two bedrooms and one bathroom feel just the right size for two or maybe three people. I would definitely stay again.
