Stayed Dec 11, 2025We stayed here for my daughter's graduation from NAU. It's proximity to campus was a huge plus. The house is perfect for a larger group. Plenty of areas to hang out and it's well stocked. Kasey was a terrific host. The loft is awesome if you have smaller children. Highly recommend!

Stayed Dec 13, 2025A true home! One of the rare homes where you are not nickel and dime every second. The hot tub has heat. The showers have shampoo and soap. The kitchen has spices and appliances. This is clearly someone's home that they use and love. A nice change from the typical places where clearly all they care about is maximizing profit. Do not hesitate to book!

Stayed Apr 17, 2025We had the pleasure of staying at this house and it was perfect for our group. We had 3 different families and everyone had their own space. It was nice to have breakfast all together and at the end of the day group back.The house is in a perfect location. We stayed there to go skiing and the drive to Snowbowl wasn't bad at all. There is plenty of places to eat nearby, Walmart and Bashas as very close. If you have young kids they have some toys and stuff to make your stay more comfortable. The hot tub was a nice 104 degrees and was nice to use when we got back from a day of skiing. The only downside was that the beds are very firm and so are the pillows. If we stay here again we will bring our own. They do have plenty of extra blankets and pillows in the home which was nice because several of our kids were very cold at night. Check in and checking out was flawless. They contacted me a few days before with a door code. I would definitely stay here again if we come back.

Stayed Feb 6, 2025Good home with plenty of beds for bigger groups. Very nice area, about 10 minutes from downtown flagstaff, and 35 minutes from the Snowbowl!
