Pine Harbor Paradise

Ken responded quickly and was very nice. The property was clean and as advertised. Location was excellent. Seemed to be well stocked. We didn’t cook just ate sandwiches etc or ate out. Went for fishing and rest but we didn’t check the weather and it didn’t cooperate so we left early. Two things that come to mind I would change is add shades to the doors you can pull down at night for privacy and seal off the fireplace inside.

Absolutely awesome place. Great fishing and lots of crab to catch in the traps provided. I have stayed at several locations on the marshes this place by far is the best and the pool adds the finishing touch. Owner Ken very responsive to questions or concerns

This was my second time staying at this house and its hands down my favorite 2 vacations I've ever taken. It's peaceful and town is a short drive away. I cant recommend this house enough to anyone looking for a relaxing place to unwind.

My seven year old granddaughter put it best: it sure is beautiful here. Very peaceful, beautiful place to relax and recharge. My family looks forward to it every summer. Ken is a very attentive host and is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Thanks for another great family vacation at the River.

Another wonderful weekend at the Riverhouse- Ken is a great host and the house, pool, and property were very clean, as always! Nice neighbors in a quiet neighborhood-Didn't get much fishing in due to lots of lightening but my grandson was able to catch a hammerhead shark off the dock and he was thrilled! Thank you ,Ken, for another wonderful family vacation!

Beautiful home in a very quiet, peaceful area ! Loved having that gorgeous river view everyday. The home was very clean and had everything that we needed.

We meet our family from Az here and spent the week! All of us had a very relaxing time down by the water and the back porch is great for sitting and enjoying company. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook and my family from Az was very thankful for the washer and dryer ( they are on a month long vacation so needed to wash clothes) the pool was an awesome addition but water was a bit to cold for us to enjoy. The beds were comfortable and the house provided plenty of space for 6 adults. The house also offered 2 full bathrooms which is also a plus with 6 adults. Games and puzzles were a huge hit. The only negative ( completely out of hosts hands) is the golf carts that drive by with loose dogs multiple times a day and also drive on the back part of grass by the doc. My husband and I can not wait to come back to stay! This is the perfect location for summer fun. Close enough to basic amenities but far enough away to be relaxing and semi secluded! Your home and property are beautiful.

What a great property. The pictures on line do not do it justice. It is beautiful and very private. Fabulous location as it is easy to get to Savannah and Brunswick. Many historical places to see. The house is extremely well appointed and spotless. Three king size beds with additional sleeping on large pull out sofas made it perfect for me and my two adult daughters. We had our small dogs and there are many many places for them to walk. The two acres and private pool are professional maintained each week. Sunrise was Maggie ificent while having morning coffee on the dock. Ken Johnson is the perfect host. He responds very quickly when you send him a message. Very nice gentleman. You feel like you are staying with old friends (who have an incredible home)! I highly recommend this VRBO. One of the best we have stayed in.

We had an amazing stay at Pine Harbor Paradise. We were on a retirement location scouting trip. It helped us decide we need something similar. It was so peaceful day and night. Though we didn’t use it much, the pool was a plus. We spent our last day on the dock watching the tide and sea life. We saw dolphins, stingrays, crabs, pelicans and a small shark from the dock. The home is very nice, clean and organized. Ken was very responsive with questions. He provided a book with local suggestions. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. We will be back.

This was our 2nd stay here..very clean and peaceful setting....lots of history in this area...some great restaurants in the area for fresh local seafood..beautiful sunrises...

Only a handful of times do you find somewhere thats checks all the boxes. For us, Pine Harbour Paradise did just that. A pool for my diva wife and dock for me to tie up my boat. Beautiful setting in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Hurricane Debbie tried to put a damper on our vacation, but we still made the best of it! Had an awesome time. Caught crabs and shrimp and a few fish. Swimming pool was a huge bonus as well! Hope to be back again! Hopefully without a hurricane next time(:

A great place to disconnect. If you are looking for a very quiet getaway or into fishing & crabbing I would highly recommend. Kayaking is only an option if young , agile & brave. No kayak/canoe ramp to assist in getting in kayak. We also intended on utilizing some other amenities that were not available. After speaking with owner we were advised the amenities should have been updated and he apologized. Grills need attention. We ended up spending our time in private fenced in pool area which was very nice. There is little to nothing around this home to do so come prepared. We happened to be from Florida so regularly keep chairs, umbrellas and beach stuff with us. After setting up in pool area this was our little space. We really enjoyed the house set up. Beds were super comfortable and everything was in working order. Played games in the big dining area and sat on both porches. Enjoyed sunrise and watching a storm come in from the front. If taking your dog just be aware no one in this neighborhood puts leashes on their dogs. My adult kids got a kick out of an old Basset Hound named Rascal who came through daily. Most dogs were chill but did have an issue once on a walk so did not wander out much.
