Our family of 4 really loved this place.Highly recommended!

We were pleasantly surprised to find the house completely stocked with plenty of beach gear including chairs, coolers, snorkeling gear, and boogie boards. The kitchen had all of the appliances we could’ve wanted and there was plenty of extra bedding. Everything was exactly as described in the listing and everything we could’ve wanted. Highly recommend this as a rental.

My family had such a wonderful time staying in this beautiful house. The location is convenient and the activities available through the rental property are fantastic. My children, 5 and 8 years old, took full advantage of the house pool and hot tub, as well as the community pool which was just a 5 minute walk away. We enjoyed the access to the private beach, Mauna Lani beach club and also made use of the complimentary Hilton Waikoloa resort. The house itself was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Seriously - this place was perfect. Bikes, beach gear, amazing kitchen, a grill, patio, pool, hot tub - all was perfect

The property was amazing. It accommodated all 12 of us perfectly! This trip to big island was by far one of our best trips ever, we had my daughter who was 9, two 17 yr Olds, and 9 adults. The house is huge, No one got in each other's ways, the pool was cleaned, the kids enjoyed the bikes, gym, onsite beach, and pool while the adults enjoyed the the deck upstairs, in which we spent many evening bbqing, playing cards, and enjoying adult drinks. The only down fall (which was taken care immediately) there were only 4 wash cloths originally for a party of 12 and one propane tank was missing. Please be advised the parking in the drive way is very short and very narrow, but do not let these small discrepancies turn you away from this amazing home.

Check in was easy, and directions were very clear. When we first got in, we noticed that the lovely dark floors were covered in dust/dirt, and our bare feet all quickly became just as dirty. The pool alarms on the three lower level doors, were not easy to use, and the second bedroom one was disconnected/not working from the moment we got there. That door was also surrounded by masking tape on the outside, and looked like it was in need of serious repair. The master closet floor was coming apart, and both myself and my toddler got our toes stuck in it. Three of us also got glass in our feet from the pool area rug, I assume from a broken glass from the previous occupants. The second day while we were gone, the two golf carts were removed from the garage. I called the management company to find out what happened, and they didn’t know, but assured me they’d find out and call back. Never happened. Still don’t know why someone came in while we were occupying the home, and don’t know if they were supposed to. We had 8 adults, 2 pre teens and a toddler and baby, and despite each person being on the reservation and renting the home for a week, there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper in each of the three bathrooms. You’d think we wouldn’t have to purchase our own at the rates we paid. Under all the beds was incredibly dirty, and the house needs multiple fixes throughout. The backyard gate was also open, and people could walk in at will. The pool man was scheduled to come Fridays (in our welcome packet), but was also there on Monday (a holiday) without any warning. Luckily we had closed the blinds in the bedrooms which open up to the pool area, but it was alarming to see someone back there we weren’t expecting. Not sure if the owners have been there in awhile, or it’s just cleaned and then rented. It looks lovely from far away, but needs some improvement to details to be brought up to standard to reflect the price.

This is one of the best vacation rentals I've ever stayed in. The house is really spacious, perfect for a large group. It has lovely decor, comfortable seating, and a wonderful Lanai. The kitchen had everything you could need. The property and neighborhood were beautifully maintained. The kids loved the pool and hot tub, and they could ride bikes safely around the neighborhood. There is tons of beach equipment to use as well! Access to the Private beach club was fantastic.

House had many available amenities, reasonable requirements, club facilities, great view, nice pool, responsive to needs, etc.

Beautiful, well maintained & fully equipped house as described. The pool & hot tub were great after a long day of snorkeling, hiking & exploring the big island. The drawbacks were minor but worth mentioning: the water system in the house made a very high pitched noise with every flushing of the toilet & turning on of a faucet, which was quite annoying in the middle of the night; the oven did not work without a chair wedged up against it-this was reported to the property manager & someone came to look at it but it would be a while before it was fixed, & we heard nothing from the owner in regards to this problem. If you don’t care about cooking while here, no big deal, but we used the kitchen several times a day & thus the oven was an issue. We also had to buy toilet paper & it’s like they forgot to stock the house?? There was, at most, 2 rolls in each bathroom which for a house that sleeps 16 people is just silly. The house had plenty of everything else, like paper towels, bathroom toiletries, garbage bags, laundry detergent, dish & hand soap. There were also plenty of beach towels & bath towels for our group of 10. Mauni Lani is a beautiful resort area & very convenient with a great grocery store within a couple minutes of the house. Also within the resort area is 49 black sand beach & the Mauni Lani resort beach, both with great snorkeling. Again, all in all, we loved this place & would stay in this house / resort again!!
