Pier Serenity Your Fort Morgan Retreat Gulf Front 6 bedrooms by Prickett Properties

This is my second time renting this house and we love it. The house has the best windows and nothing to block the view.

The view was unobstructed, felt like we had the beach to ourselves. The bedrooms and the attached bathrooms were excellent.

Each bedroom having its own full size bathroom ensured everyone had enough space. Our favorite feature was the ice machine! When vacationing at the beach we always stay at a house on the beach and this was a great house.

Immediately needs nails on deck and pier nailed down so someone doesn't take off part of a toe. Hair is a couple sinks and one bed. Lots of dust on ceiling fans and bathroom vent fans. Many lightbulbs out. Some ants and other bugs in bathrooms. We love Pier Serenity, staying for the 3rd time. It's just needs a little extra deep cleaning and TLC.

I have no real issues with Pier Serenity, only good comments! I think the thing I am most impressed with is that the ice machines work - first place on the beach that I have not had to buy ice every day. That may seem trivial but it is not when 12 people are using ice all day. Also, the boardwalk to the beach is just wonderful! Plenty of seating on the porch for just enjoying the evening and lots of room for people to spread out inside. Everyone having their own bathroom is such a bonus! My family loves Pier Serenity!

Great kitchen/family room all-one area. Allows a lot of people in the same room. Great views from the bedrooms.

We had friends and family stay for my mom’s80th birthday. Loved the layout of the house, the location and the responsiveness of the property management. We had an issue with the hot water and they sent someone out within an hour to fix it.

My family stayed at Pier Serenity for 7 days during Thanksgiving week and I think everyone enjoyed themselves. I, however, had the most relaxing vacation EVER. I cannot stop thinking about this house! Notable features: - The private dock to the beach was so convenient and now, I don't think I could ever stay at a beach house that didn't have one. - The house was fully stocked with kitchen supplies, even crockpots, which we used one night. - Having multiple bathrooms was definitely appreciated by all the women in the house. - Restaurants and grocery stores were not too far, about 25-30 minute drive, from the house. - Big windows and great views from within the house. - More than two pets allowed! This one was the most appreciated by the family, especially me. We had four pups among the seven of us and this was the only home we could find (at the time of booking) that allowed more than two pets without any weight restrictions. Thank you so so so much for allowing our fur family members to stay at this home so the non-fur family members could enjoy a wonderful Thanksgiving beach holiday. If we hadn't found this home, we would've had our typical gathering at one of our homes and wouldn't have spent as many days together. The only con was the temperature was different depending on which room you were in. Some people felt too hot and stuffy while the other people felt too cold at a set temperature. But not a huge deal at all. I cannot wait to come back!!

We had 13 family members. We loved it. Beautiful clean house right on the beach. The huge windows made for some awesome views.

We found everything we needed for a great stay. We were pleasantly surprised at how stable the temperature of the house stayed, not getting hot during the afternoons. The only draw back we had was that the main deck got really hot during the day, so we could not set outside. There is a small overhang but not enough to help. It would have been really nice to had umbrella's for some shade.

This house was everything we expected. My daughter got engaged at the dunes in front of the house so it will always be special to us. Only thing that the house didn’t have was salt and pepper in the kitchen. That would’ve been nice to have.

We loved this place! We tried to book it again for next year, but it wasn’t available. We were able to find another place with Prickett Properties. We love the peace and quiet in Fort Morgan. This house had the perfect layout for us and was so peaceful. The views were amazing and the neighbors were quiet. Everyone had their own bathroom and the rooms were spacious. It really was an awesome house and an absolute wonderful vacation.

I have been renting beach front houses in the Gulf area for 8 years and this was my best rental! The house was in great shape - even tbe ice machine worked which was a first. Loved the pier to the beach and even though we brought our own beach chairs and toys, a guest closet downstairs was filled! I am already planning for 2025!
