Pier Park Paradise by Holiday Beach Rentals, is a beachfront home located on the West end of Panama City Beach. Just a short walk to some of the best shopping, restaurants and attractions in Pier Park! This beachfront home features 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms with a private beachside pool, private boardwalk and stunning ocean views from every angle (including the balcony bed swings)!

Just inside from the pool deck on the first floor is a seating area with flat screen TV, pullout queensofa bed, foosball table and full bathroom. It's perfect for hanging out inside while still having an open view of the pool and grilling area. The sliding glass door opens up to an 8x12 private pool and has surrounding lounge chairs, outdoor games plus an outdoor charcoal grill (please bring your own charcoal).

On the second floor is the main living/dining/kitchen area. You can see the entire coastline from every window/glass door on this level with the open-concept Feng shui. There is also a full open-air balcony just off this space. Your kitchen is fully equipped with all cookware, dishware and utensils to accommodate everyone for all meals and the dining tables seat up to 12 people with an additional 5 at the eat-in bar. There are two bedrooms located right off of the kitchen which include a king bedroom and bunk room (the bunk room has a queen over queen and twin over twin set). The king room has its own private en-suite and the bunk room shares its bathroom with the main living space.

The top floor features a washer and dryer set as well as the remaining bedrooms of the home. On the beachside are two separate king rooms, each with their own private en-suites and a shared furnished balcony. The opposite side of this floor has a queen over king bunk bed with its own private en-suite as well.

A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:

The Beach! Pier Park Paradise has direct beach access with a private boardwalk.

*Please note due to Florida State Law, this home is equipped with a pool alarm.

A 7-night minimum stay is required during the following peak season dates:

Summer 2027: May 29, 2027 – July 31, 2027 (Saturday to Saturday stays)

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and must be signed within 72 hours of booking. A valid credit card is required to be put on file. Please review the following important details:

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: The primary guest must be 25 or older and must occupy the property for the entire stay, including overnight and whenever guests under 25 are present. For every three guests aged 24 or younger, at least one parent or guardian (25+) must be present and staying at the property. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. Management reserves the right to inspect the property at any time.

Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

    The house was very clean, well appointed kitchen. GREAT space and plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 young kids. We thought road noise would be a problem but could barely tell. We had a few questions or needed a replacement broom and management was extremely helpful and prompt.Location was fantastic for us. We could walk to the pier or pier park shopping. Grocery was a close drive, as were restaurants. Dusty's right across the street was awesome! It rained a few days but we just walked across the street for beers and oysters!Would absolutely stay, again....here or any other Holiday Beach property.

    My family had an awesome family reunion staying at Pier Park Paradise! Beautiful house with beautiful views, comfortable areas inside and outside, and close to restaurants and shopping. We hope to stay again next year!

    We arrived on Saturday October 22 - and access to the property was easy. Prior to arrival I received an Email with the access code and it worked like a charm. The house is exactly like pictured and described - it is BEAUTIFUL! It was very clean as well. I thought the beds were comfortable, my husband thought they were a little soft for his taste. The kitchen has everything you need to whip something up for breakfast, lunch, or dinner - although I will admit we rarely cooked. The living room was cozy with the electric fireplace. I was pleasantly surprised by the ice machine on the lower level, I'm sure it was listed in the amenities, but I missed it, but it was so convenient to have - we loaded up a cooler with drinks before a fishing excursion and I realized I didnt have to stop for ice on the way - bonus for me. The pool was great - we were in it every day. In the kitchen area there is a touchscreen that provides some nice information - about your stay, area attractions, things to do - and it even posted information about the red flag warnings - which I appreciated not being a Florida resident. The touchscreen was a nice touch to the property. I contacted management one time. The strip on steps from the 2nd to bottom floor came loose and I wanted to let them know about it. They offered to have maintenance come over right away, but I thought it was unnecessary - we saw it and were cognizant of it when moving from the 2nd floor to the bottom floor. I mainly just wanted to let them know because that could be a tripping hazard for someone if they didn't know. Overall - the property is beautiful. Being able to walk out the backdoor and onto the beach was incredible. We were walking distance from Pier Park. We had no issues at all - as stated above I only contacted management once because I didn't want to forget about the step strip issue. I would stay at the property again. For management and I don't think these are big issues at all, just as an FYI perspective of things I noticed: The lower-level half bath, around the outlet, near the sink, has some chipped paint - could use a slight touch up. The dresser in the master bedroom - some of the handles on the drawers are missing.

    Gorgeous house, perfect location, and beautifully decorated.. However; the water never got warm on the top floor but for a few minutes. The alarm went off two times 7am after 1st night there and 4am our last morning because of the cold water. Everyone was startled and lost sleep. We did have someone come out after several requests the first time. It happened. He assured us the water was warm on all floors .The 2nd time 4am we were able to reset it ourself but everyone in the house was made wide awake by this. It was on and off freezing so we showered downstairs very disappointed after spending so much to stay there . Also no beach chairs for the beach so must bring your own. No Keurig in a modern house like this was surprising.

    House was lovely. Perfect for multiple families. My daughter loved the bunk bed room. There’s enough space for everyone to have quiet time. The kitchen is amazing, everything you need for a week of cooking is available. You just need the spices. Pool was the perfect size for small children and is in the shade which was very welcomed after mornings at the beach. Each balcony/deck had adequate furniture for breakfast and lunch Al fresco! Would definitely stay here again!

    All the adults and even our young children were in agreement this house is a great place to stay. In previous reviews, there was a lot said about the size of the small pool. But we enjoyed it very much it was perfect for the kids to get out of the sun. Beds were very comfortable! The children loved the bunk room. Everyone absolutely loved staying right on the beach. Made it so easy for people to go back-and-forth. The only downside I see was carrying luggage to the third floor, my husband and I both have heavy (50 lb) suitcases. I definitely would recommend this house! Hope they get the downstairs ice maker fixed soon.
