The villa is located in the village of Majkusi in the green interior of Istria, approx. 17 km from Porec and the beaches. The nearest restaurant and shop are in Baderna, 5 km away. There are numerous sights nearby in Porec, Novigrad, Motovun and Pazin. The house is located on the edge of a forest on a 794 m² fenced property and offers guests the following outdoor amenities: a 40 m² pool, sun loungers, a well-kept lawn, a covered terrace by the pool and two parking spaces. On request, the pool can be heated, so that a refreshing dip is possible even in the cooler months before or after the season. The villa can accommodate up to eight people and is ideal for families or groups of friends. The modern, newly built holiday home has a living area of 192 m² and is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living area with access to the terrace, pool and garden, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with bathroom and access to the terrace, and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there are three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and fantastic panoramic views of the surrounding nature. The entire house is air-conditioned and has fast Starlink internet. Youth groups are not permitted.
