Stayed Oct 16, 2024Loved the location, the view, the beach and the town. We’ve been to the Cape a lot, not Brewster, but really liked the town. Will be heading back to Brewster and this house, hopefully repeatedly.

Stayed May 28, 2024This oceanfront four bedroom home met all our needs in comfort, space, cleanliness, amenities and location. The home sets high on a sand dune overlooking the beach and ocean, providing the experiences of breathing in the wonderful smells of the ocean breeze while watching a sunset and the rise and ebb of the ocean tides… or hearing the lapping of ocean waves meet the shore before sleep and after just waking up. Not to mention walking down the steps to this beautiful beach below, to further walk the sand flats that are exposed while the tide is ebbing, observing creatures left behind ie. hermit crabs, various types of clams and sea shells etc. The owner was always very responsive and helpful to any questions I had or requests made. I would highly recommend this rental property.

Stayed May 23, 2024Really lovely basic house with steps to a beach. Felt very private with no disturbances from anyone around us. Had all of the things we needed and no issues regarding amenities. Good communication with the owner. Would highly recommend it!

Stayed May 21, 2023Very much as advertised. We came the week leading up to Memorial Day weekend and pretty much had the beach to ourselves. Views are great. Home has a warm, camp-like feel. In a good way. The neighborhood is great and Brewster is a great town. Would return for sure.

Stayed Oct 7, 2022Such a beautiful location! Enjoyed walks on the beach, drinks at sunset on the deck and cozy nights around the table playing games with the family. A wonderful relaxing long weekend with family!
