Meticulously renovated and updated by interior designer Kristie Barnett, this home, in the popular Summers Edge community, offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 10 guests. On the beachside of 30a, our beach house is situated next to the swimming pool on the coveted, bike-friendly South Ryan cul-de-sac. Just 20 steps to one of two luxurious community pools, and 65 yards to the beach – there are no busy streets to cross! Seagrove Beach is within biking distance to Seaside, and a few miles from picturesque Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach and Alys Beach. The HOA does not allow golf carts.

33 Palms boasts a total of four outdoor sitting areas – a front porch, two covered balconies, plus a large sundeck off the third floor. Newly refinished hardwood floors flow throughout all three levels of this elegant home. With three king bedroom suites and two separate bunk areas for up to 4 children, this home comfortably sleeps 10 guests.

The entrance to this home begins at the front porch with a classic swing. Just inside, the living area is furnished with a designer combination of new and vintage décor complete with comfortable seating and a 60” smart television. In the statement kitchen you’ll find stainless steel appliances, Cambria quartz countertops, a lovely tiled back splash, and open shelving. The contemporary oval dining table seats 6, and the adjacent kitchen counter bar seats 3. There is an outdoor propane grill and a heated outdoor shower for your convenience.

The light-filled first floor bedroom features a KING bed, 35” Smart TV, an attached renovated bath, and a closet just big enough to tuck in a pack-n-play for baby’s naptime. This provides a perfect option for guests who would prefer the convenience of never having to climb stairs during their stay.

The main master suite is found on the second floor, and is the perfect hideaway outfitted with a KING upholstered bed, a 60” mounted smart TV, and a relaxing upholstered chaise lounge for afternoon reading or checking emails. The master bath includes a double vanity, a walk-in frameless glass shower, and a soaking tub. Step out onto the private balcony overlooking the entrance to the pool, and enjoy your morning coffee.

The second master suite is outfitted with a KING bed, a 35” Smart TV, and a bathroom with a walk-in glass shower. The hallway bunk area sleeps 2 children, and provides a dresser along with luggage storage beneath the twin built-in bunks. Please note: All Televisions are SMART only, and you will need to log in to your own streaming accounts.

Bunk areas on different floors are great for separating the boys from the girls. The 3rd floor loft bedroom is a perfect getaway for 2 guests with twin bunks, a 35” SmartTV with Wii (bring your own streaming device for more options), and a large sun deck. The upstairs bunk area does not provide cable service for the television, rather, it is a perfect for dvd movies or wii gaming.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We ventured away from Seaside and Watercolor for the first time and were extremely happy with our decision. Although not in the heart of the action... who needs that anyways? The house was wonderful, clean, comfortable and just steps away from the beach. We had ample room to have a great beach vacation without the headache of the crowds. Highly recommend.

    Very beautifully furnished house with everything you might need! It was steps from the pool and a one minute walk to the beach. And you have access to management 24/7 via text if needed! I’ve stayed just about everywhere along 30A and this area was the perfect spot for a family trip with my wife and son, my sister’s family and kids, and our parents in their late 60s. Highly recommend!

    Nice house. Love proximity to pool and beach. We felt there maybe could have been some chairs on the outside deck on main floor. Bathrooms need some work and bedspread on main floor bedroom was ripped on our arrival. More spoons and utensils are needed in kitchen. Overall a great place and we had fun

    We really enjoyed our stay and loved the proximity to the pool and beach as well as the restaurants. The house was lovely and the rooms were perfect for our family of 9 (including 2 toddlers and an infant.) The only thing that was difficult was the shrubbery in the drive way. It could really use a major trim. When you put your car in the drive, it would scratch your vehicle and you could not get the doors open nor could you pass by to get to the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand before getting in the side door. We had 2 suv's and a Camry and the suv's were a definite no and the Camry wasn't much better. Besides that we didn't [have any issues.

    This was a great location in Seagrove close to both Seaside and Rosemary. The house is very comfortable for a big family or group of friends.

Beach access is really about a 90 second walk. Close to Publix as well.2. Pool is 30 second walk, heated, must have on a cloudy day in March. It would be great to have a hot tub though. Couldn't find it if there is one3. House layout is well planned. Not too big, not too small. We were 2 families (4 adults, 5 kids all under 10)Negatives1. There was no supply of anything we needed. No toilet paper beyond the ones installed, not even salt/pepper or coffee filters etc. I was expecting to have at least the basics.2. we paid a $500 cleaning fee, but couldn't even use the grill because we're told to clean the grill before we leave. The price of cleaning we paid vs. what we're getting doesn't align3. Tried to reach the owner/property mgmt. company via text and phone, but the response was either non existent or delayed.Please take my feedback constructively. After all, I would rent this place again if I come to Santa Rosa Beach as the positives outweigh the negatives.
