We had a wonderful time at Picture Perfect.The house accommodated our group perfectly, we had 5 adults and one child, everyone had their own space and the house is right on the beach. The beach and the ocean were beautiful during our stay, and the property manager was very helpful, great trip all around.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location was perfect for a family of 11. The only issue was the shower head on the walkway had to be turned on with pliers. Also, the upstairs balcony door handles need replaced. The right one doesn’t open and the left one is hard to open and close. I reported it but it was still messed up when we left.

Beautiful beach home-however, it needs a good deep clean and some updating. The showers were not clean, the screened porch needs a pressure wash as it had mold and dirty furniture, and the furniture and decor are from 20 years ago. Some doors do not lock and the upstairs patio doors were hard to open. We liked that there was lots of space for large families and a great ocean view.

It was a great stay and at a great location however, the furniture and the appliances must be replaced in the den and kitchen in order for it to remain a great place to stay at Fort Morgan. We have been staying there for over 20 years and the furniture has not changed.

Costal View was a breeze to work with. Communication was easy and efficient. the entire process took less than 10 min. Cheri was awesome with all of our inquiries and we had a marvelous time. Looking forward to going back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property's location was hindered by the two public dune walks. Many people camping out in my front yard. The kitchen was less than acceptable for a house this size. The master en suite's closet was a joke. So small you could hardly put anything in it. The view was great and the home very spacious to entertain guests. Sadly we had to open our rental to prospective buyers since the owner put the property up for sale one day before our arrival. As always the coastal view vacation management was exceptional. They were there for all of our needs. Thank you Jen and Cheri.
