Pico in the Pines, pet friendly and cozy fireplace

We stayed two nights for a quick getaway with the kids & grandkids. The place was perfect for our needs. Very clean and well equipped with many necessities. The location was convenient to downtown shopping and not too far to the snow park for the kids to go sledding. Would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Communication was great. Would rent again. The games were a nice touch.

This was a great place for our snowboarding trip. The house was big enough for our group. It had everything we needed to cook and close enough to many food options when we decided to eat out. The host was very accommodating. We would definitely be coming back. Thank you!

Beautiful well equipped home nestled in the middle of pine trees. The rooms, restrooms, and kitchen are very spacious!! The home is extremely well kept with plenty of kitchen items for cooking, bath towels, and extra toilet paper. Location is ideally close to shopping centers (7 min. drive). Our family enjoyed staying here while we visited the Grand Canyon, which was 90 minutes away. Definitely recommend !!!

House was great. I'd have to say probably the best we've ever stayed at. Kitchen was stocked with every dish or utensil needed. House fit our party of 9 comfortably, 8 are adults (or adult sized).

We hand an awesome stay at Pico at the pines. The home is beautiful and the hosts are very attentive and respond quickly. We were visiting for a soccer tournament and the location was amazing.

This home is very well maintained and clean. The kitchen is fully stocked and everything is in working order. The beds were very comfortable, the living room and dining area are spacious. Kids enjoyed playing in the private backyard. They do not use super scented item throughout the home. This was a huge plus for my family.

We had a wonderful spring break at this property! It was very comfortable for our entire group of seven, including our dog.We especially appreciated having everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a couple of dinners, which was great since we had some snowy weather. The beds were comfortable, and the property was very quiet and peaceful.We've bookmarked this home and definitely plan to book it again for future visits.

We traveled to Flagstaff from east coast to see nephew run in a track meet. We needed a property to accommodate 9 family members (6 adults and 3 kids). This property was perfect. We actually only had 8 but everyone slept comfortably. The house was very clean, modern. I am an experienced VRBO user and I can tell you all listings aren't created equal. This property is a perfect example of a home away from home. I would definitely rent from this host again. And definitely rent this property next time we are in Flagstaff. Oh and I learned about Boss donuts from the host. Great stuff. Also we ate at Fratelli pizza which wasn't a bad pie. Not to far from house, by the NAU campus.

My husband and I go to Flagstaff every couple of months to visit our daughters who attend NAU. They like to stay with us when we visit and this house was perfect for our family. Very comfortable and clean and plenty of room for everyone. We had no issues during our stay and will definitely stay here again in the future

This home was the perfect place to get away from the low desert for a quiet, chill NYE.The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful, and friendly. We walked our dogs and went for a run.The host is very responsive and provides exceptional customer service. The home itself is well-equipped and felt like a home away from home with all the amenities you could want and need. The home is pet friendly with a fully enclosed/fenced backyard. Artificial turf makes for easy cleanup and a hose and scooper are provided. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and clean up with. A keurig and traditional coffee maker are provided with K-cups. Oil, salt, and pepper grinder are available, as well as some basic seasonings. You will need to bring your own ziploc bags and foil. There was also a crockpot, toaster oven, and blender available to use. The beds were very comfortable and ample linens and pillows were provided. The living room furniture was also comfortable and cozy blankets were available to snuggle with by the fireplace. Everything worked! That’s a first for us in a rental home. The backyard grill worked and had propane, the fireplace worked, etc. The checkin and out process was seamless. A binder of instructions was available with easy to understand directions and information. 5 stars for that binder!We loved this home in the pines and will definitely plan to stay here again. Best experience!

We stayed a couple nights for a family ski trip! The check in process was so easy and the house was so clean upon arrival! It fit our family perfect! The beds were comfy and lots of room to hang out in the kitchen and living room. The hosts were so kind and accommodating. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your place.

The property was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood is in a convenient location and has nice parks and sidewalks. It’s a short drive to shopping and many good restaurants. We used it for a family get together as a base to visit Sedona and the Grand Canyon. I would stay here again.

Matt and Christina’s Pico in the Pines is a fantastic stay for a family with dogs. If you are looking to enjoy Flagstaff or visiting NAU it is a great location. It was no more than 10-12 minutes to Lowell Observatory, downtown must visits like the Toasted Owl or Lumberyard and under 10 minutes to our sons dorm in the middle of NAU campus. I have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties and this was the cleanest one I’ve ever been to. It is decorated in a lovely manner and the Ms. Pac-Man machine is a huge treat! Matt and Christina provided a book full of valuable information and think of small details like snacks and coffee pods. The yard is small but cozy and my dog loved to play ball back there. The neighborhood is nice with a small dog park just .3 miles a walk through the neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. I cannot recommend this rental enough-you won’t be disappointed.

Great house in every way. First, it was the cleanest rental property I'd ever seen. The refrigerator looked like it just came from the store. Everything was immaculate, which was very comforting. Second, great location, with supermarket 5 mins away and good restaurants close as well. Very easy to find in a quiet neighborhood. Third, super-well equipped re: kitchen equipment and entertainment options. There wasn't one thing I looked for and didn't find. Everything worked (TVs, appliances, lights). Fourth, the host was very responsive re: quick replies to text messages and providing answers to questions. We would definitely stay here again!
