Fantastic experience. Beautiful home

Host/Property manager was very friendly and accommodating. Property was on great condition upon arrival!

Everything about this home and stay was wonderful. What a great home and play yard. The host was extremely helpful and so easy to communicate with. We already booked this home for next year. It's that good.

This home was everything we hoped it would be! In our group, we had ages ranging from 5 years old to 75 years old. The rooms, inside and outside entertainment spaces, and all aspects of this property were suitable for, and enjoyed by, all ages.

The interior of the house is amazing, lots of comfortable rooms and common areas. Very clean. The exterior is a little underwhelming with tons of weeds, barely any covered patio, uncomfortable/tired patio furniture, no pathways to the courts etc… The house only had 4 wine glasses and 3 working pickleball paddles. They did Instacart more when I brought it up, which was nice but seems like a house of this caliber should have adequate supplies from the start. The management company is not flexible and definitely nickels and dimes everything. They wanted a 1,000 non-refundable fee, for two house trained dogs for 4 nights. Which seems extremely high when they advertise being pet friendly. Also, after spending almost 7,500 for 4 nights they still charged hourly for an early check in or late check out. So zero flexibility when you compare to an owner managed home. The communication was ok, sometimes slow. Again, the house was beautiful inside and great for a large group but I do think they could improve some things and be a little more flexible with guests spending a lot to be there.

We had a great time with a large group. The property was perfect with so much for all the kids of different ages to play and enjoy the trip!

We had a wonderful stay at this home and because of all the amenities, we found very little reason to leave the property. The surroundings were beautiful and very close to stores, etc.

When our camping trip got derailed by bad weather we decided this house would be great for our large group from children to grandparents. Plenty of space to getaway and large enough spaces to all be together. Never a dull moment or boredom with so many entertaining options inside and out. 5 stars from the whole fam!

Unbelievable property, great value, tons of amenities and within short drives to everything. Property was in great shape, property manager was responsive and unbelievably helpful, overall made it a once in a lifetime vacation experience.

The home was beautiful and the organization was amazing. It was a perfect stay for our group with kids ranging in age from 5 to 13. The toys were very much enjoyed and the house had everything we needed. There were a few maintenance items that weren't up to par but they didn't negatively impact our stay nor did we bring them up to management - hot tub cloudy, trash on balcony, patios not cleaned, dishes put away dirty, pool towels were put away wet, etc.. The cleaning fee that was charged was excessive, yet we were expected to essentially clean the home prior to leaving - strip beds, do dishes, take trash out. I am happy to pay a cleaning fee OR clean before leaving but definitely not both. Additionally the host required a phone call before the check in instructions would be provided and again after, which was overkill.

We stayed here over spring break. 5 families all enjoyed this property. I highly recommend staying here.

As we drove into town a snow came down and we woke up to the most magical snow experience. This house had everything, we never needed to leave and we didn't want to leave. WIll be back.

Amazing house. Lived up to all of our expectations. Unfortunately no snow at the house but that’s hit or miss. Was fully stocked with everything you need, only suggestion was there were no cooking pans or big tray pans, also i would like to see a couple bigger trash containers, possibly in the laundry area which would be accessible from both kitchens . Besides that, top notch. Will stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this property. Our guests ranged in age from 4-73 and every person was comfortable and had a great time. There is plenty of space for everyone and tons for the kids to do. We had a great time!

Our family of 20 (8 kids ages 1-12) celebrated Thanksgiving and Christmas at this amazing house. Lots of space to hide if you needed to. Kids had a blast in the playroom and all the outdoor spots. Adults had a lot of fun in the game room when the kids were asleep. The back sunroom was great for morning coffee and conversations. Having multiple washing machines and dryers was great with this group. We had a few questions and they got back to us immediately. I can't say enough about this place. Lots of laughter and memories were made. Thank you!

We had a pleasant stay. The home is very spacious. Location could be better.

Great quite location near flagstaff town 5 minutes drive. entire family enjoyed all parts of the house and loved it. very clean and very well communication with management. Simple checkin and checkout.

My family and I had a great time at this property while we were in Flagstaff. This house would be great for multiple family gatherings, but it was also perfect for my family of five. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was great. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to the Flagstaff area!

I can't say enough about this property. If you have kids they will have the greatest time playing with all the toys, costumes, games, and playground equipment. A fence to keep them from running off into the 5 acres is even better. Once the kids are in bed the adults can play for hours in the crazy game room or the huge hot tub. The interior design is the best allowing everyone their own space but also huge rooms to bring everyone together. I couldn't be happier with our stay here.

This property is amazing! We had our children and grandchildren (ages 8mo to 5) and had literally everything we could want or need. The playground and toy room kept them busy and happy - we had pickle ball tournaments with the older kids and enjoyed the hot tub and large yard space. The house is the best stocked home we have ever stayed in. Exactly as described - if not better.

We booked property for three nights for a party of 20. Property had everything for families and kids to enjoy. Spacious rooms, big kitchen, second kitchen, awesome game room, outside play yard for kids, basketball court, pickle ball court and a hot tub. Very well maintained. Thoughtfully furnished keeping in mind the families, kids. Highly recommend the property. Seamless communication and excellent support from property manager. Would love to be back here again.

Didn’t leave the property and still felt like we didn’t do everything the property has to offer. Great management company as well! Will stay again.
