Stayed Apr 22, 2025Our 2 families had a great stay at Phylyns. The lounge room was a lovely size for 2 families and the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances we needed plus some extras (Kids loved the milkshake maker). The photos of the bedrooms in the listing had a different combination of the beds that didn’t work as well as the previous organisation for our families but we made it work. Communication with Phill was excellent. He responded to all message in a very prompt manner and was welcoming of communication during our stay if needed.

Stayed Jan 18, 2025Family catch up weekend. Large group of adults. Well-presented, lovely decor, comfortable, great location and everything you need at the house. This made it so relaxing. Phil the host was very responsive to booking and any requests. So easy to deal with. Do yourself a favour and stay here!….we loved it!

Stayed Jan 26, 2023Very clean and beautiful house to stay! Plenty of space esp at the front and backyard. The only thing is there is no aircon in the bedrooms! Would not be comfortable on hot days. Lucky it wasn’t so hot during our stay, the fans provided are enough to cool down the rooms. Would recommend to our friends.
