Beach Access: Conveniently located close to the Admiral Street and Baltic Street beach accesses! Head north from the home and cross Virginia Dare Trail at the marked pedestrian cross walk to access beach. Paved parking lot and wooden walkway to allow easy access to the beach. Located just south of the home is the Baltic Street access - cross Virginia Dare Trail at the marked cross walk at Baltic Street to access the beach!

No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets. The hot tub is Seasonal - Seasonal Hot Tubs are not available from January through mid-March. *There are 5 Steps up to the First Level Main Entry* Private pools open Easter through Columbus Day.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

    Excellent property, precisely as described and shown. Staff was very clear with communication and easy to reach. Very close to the beach. A helpful thing, which may not be viable for a rental would be to have more door mats to allow guests to reduce the amount of sand brought inside.

    Kuerig coffee pot would be great. More comfortable pool chairs and shade umbrellas. Wound be nice to have a wider driveway or more side parking. The how was beautiful and very comfortable.

    This house was set up very well, everyone loved having their own bedroom bath suite. The elevator made it so much nicer for us to get all large suitcases, boxes upstairs. Property mgrs are great. We also loved the location and the family enjoyed Booty Treats ice cream every night after dinner. a very short walk past 2 houses.

    Great vacation and we loved this house! Spacious and beautiful and in a good location very close to beach access. We’d rent this again if we came back to the OBX! The management helped us almost immediately with a tiny appliance problem, and they were very friendly and personable. The extra preparation for our grandchild (high chair, gate, Pack & Play) was an unexpected delight, and we really appreciated it. We highly recommend the house and the management company!

    This house was perfect for our family of five. Everyone was thrilled to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The beach access was very close and we were able to walk to dinner at a restaurant only .5 miles away. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed for a rental, the living room furniture accommodated all five of us comfortably to watch a movie, and the mattresses were some of the most comfortable we've experienced in a rental property. The elevator made transporting luggage and groceries a breeze. We live some distance away from Nags Head and always intended for this to be a one-time trip; but, this house was so great we may have to return!

    Wonderful stay at a great property. House appeared to be newly upgraded or refurbished and had everything we needed. Plenty of space to hang out together as well as places to grab some solitude. Home was walking distance to a grocery store (Food Lion) and a very short drive to other attractions (e.g., Jockey's Ridge State Park, Wright Brothers Memorial, YMCA). Beach access was less than a block away. Property management company was also terrific: very communicative, plenty of starter supplies, home well cleaned and in great oorder. We will definitely be back!

    The house was very clean, the elevator working at all times,and our favorite part of the house was the double-sided kitchen island where we could face each other and talk while having a glass of wine and a meal. We also loved the fireplace. Our only complaint was that the mattresses were way too soft. All in all a great stay.

    Very clean. We’ve used another rental agency for other properties for years and have noticed a significant decline in the cleanliness the past few years. Great location. Loved the layout of the house. Wonderful communication from Coastal Carolina. Loved it!
