We booked this property for the quiet location and amenities. The house is large and uncluttered. The layout has two bedrooms (casitas) separate from the main house, which was fine (we didn't use) but renters should note.Unfortunately, the property is poorly maintained for the price. The kitchen is oddly stocked. Heating the pool and hot tub cost an extra 10%, which should be more clearly disclosed. The host (Tom) was responsive but there were too many for a high-rated, exceptional stay. On arrival, we could not enter due to the passcode being set incorrectly and had to contact the host for access.Cleanliness was a major concern. The main bedroom had clearly been slept in, hair was on the sheets, and we had to change them ourselves. The mattress protector had a large red stain consistent with menstrual blood. The second bedroom had shaver clippings and toothpaste in the sink. Kitchen utensils and dishes were greasy and had to be washed. When baking, the oven started smoking due to grease buildup and clearly needs to be cleaned. The fridge froze our produce overnight. Maintenance issues included screen doors coming off-track when opened. We paid extra for an inoperable golf cart, no refund was provided. While Tom provided explanations, these systemic issues should not become the guest’s responsibility. For a high-end rental, cleaning and maintenance need improvement. This could be a great property, but at this price, we would look elsewhere for a family stay.

The home was beautiful and spacious- perfect for a large family. It was clean and well stocked. The location was excellent. Fun to be on the golf course and to be able to use the golf cart too. The pool and deck were large and great to be outside to enjoy the weather. The owner communicated well and made sure our stay was excellent. Would highly recommend!

Tom was an amazing host. Responsive and great to interact with. The house is beautiful and very well equipped. It was all we had hoped for on our honeymoon and more. We will definitely be back!

Super close to golf

We had a great time! The location is absolutely perfect for picking up our kids from Coachella at night. The pool is lovely and the house is spacious with great flow. The detached casita was perfect for our teen boys. I wish the main house had one more area for children to sleep so it could accommodate 10 without the use of air mattresses. Maybe two large comfy couches in the living room! Overall everything you would want for a weekend away in the desert!

This is our second time staying at this home. We enjoyed it so much two years ago for Father's Day that we came back to celebrate a family birthday! Tom was an amazing host. He answered our questions quickly. We even forgot a cell phone at the house after we checked out and were able to go back 6 hours later to retrieve it without any hesitation from Tom letting us back into the house. We look forward to planning our next family trip to this home!

House was very nice. Description of “sleeps 10 “requires two people to use air mattress. Interior is very clean, location is great. Exterior landscaping needs attention. Property manager very responsive. Would stay again.

Stayed here with four friends on a golf trip. House was great. Located on couse and very short cart or car ride to club house. Ken was great and took care of everything we needed. Awesome week!

This house was perfect for our buddy golf trip. Each guy had their own bedroom and the entire house was awesome. We will certainly stay here again if we plan another trip to PGA West. Our only complaint was the home audio/video system was tad glitchy and complicated to use. They could also use a few more glass cocktail and wine glasses along with extra dish towels in the kitchen area. Besides that the place is perfect! Highly Recommended

We had a wonderful time with our family staying here. A couple of things we would have loved to know before staying here: The electronics were very dated and complicated for a couple night stay at a higher end property. We were very excited to use the pool and spa since it is advertised as the largest pool in the community, only to find the pool heater did not work the entire time which was very unfortunate after paying an additional fee to use the golf cart and heat the spa. Overall, it was a nice time!

Tom's place is unbelievable. Situated on the 11th fairway at PGA West. The home is ideal for family, gatherings or friends get together. Beautiful kitchen, really nice pool and hot tub, very clean. Nice neighborhood. No complaints at all. The software to control the hot tub Can be a little buggy, but posed no more than a minor inconvenience for us. We figured it out and got everything working. And Tom was very helpful. Would definitely return!

We had the most incredible time staying in this BEAUTIFUL home! It was just as depicted in the description and pictures. We enjoyed every aspect of the home and the host was so easy to communicate with. Would rate 10/10.
