PGA west home with pool, gas grill spa and washer/dryer

Local support team was helpful in helping to get the heat to the pool on, tho it took several visits. Bath towels could be replaced. Several lights needed bulbs replaced and kitchenware needs an upgrade

Thank you VCASA for a wonderful Fourth of July weekend. Pool and spa were fabulous and my grandchildren enjoyed themselves! We bbqued, read books, played games, went to dinner and shopping it was a wonderful adventure and all bedding were extremely comfortable. No bugs, no bees and anything else that flies! Had a day of wind prior to arrival. Pool was not spectacular. One phone call fixed that. Sometimes mother nature doesn't cooperate. Great place for golfers. The four of us had a great experience and would stay there again without question. Everything you need

Very comfortable and very clean. We had a wonderful time.

The house was ok in itself, but somethings need to be addressed. No extra blankets or pillows in any of the bedrooms. Getting into the house was difficult, since our code didn't work. Also, need to have some written instructions for the workings of TV's, appliances, etc. Could not find anything in the house.

We are very unimpressed with Vacasa - our questions were answered with completely erroneous information, and it took three messages to get the pool heating turned on. Clearly they are NOT local (office is 50 miles away in Palm Springs) and do not have local knowledge, and also successive messages are read by different members of staff who fail to read back to understand the context.They failed to ensure the property and furnishings are clean etc, in particular: Smelly pillows and some badly stained, bloodstains on at least one sheet. Indoor and outdoor furniture and cushions were dirty and greasy and need a clean. Carpets were dirty and “sticky”No cleaning liquids for kitchen and bathroom surfaces and floors.No trash cans for recycling and compost.Whole house water softener needed servicing (it had an error message dated last October).Pool heater and pump very noisy - needs replacing.Could not connect to WiFi (but we fixed that).Nest thermostat set to run the fan intermittently all night. We could not work out how to change that and turned it off completely.Broken ironing board.Several lights not working (we found replacement bulbs).The sliding patio doors are very stiff and need lubricating, and perhaps the bearings cleaning.Old dirty and rusty toaster and old dirty blender.Several factual errors on the VRBO web site.But you could decide that it is just a rental and ignore these issues, and enjoy the beautiful peaceful location, the spa and heated pool, etc.

One of the most beautiful properties my family and I enjoyed at Jack Nicholas PGA West! The interior/exterior of this property location is outstanding! We celebrated the 4th of July by having dinner and watching the spectacular fireworks show at Aguas Caliente Casino...it was magnificent! The Medinah property is super clean, fresh and spectacular...including the gorgeous mountain views in a very quiet and most relaxing setting. Although the temperature reached 122 F on the following day after July 4th the beautiful pool and spa were extremely warm and we swam early in the morning and evening times. My family and I only have positive experiences of the hot desert as we and many other peoples love God's country...right on the beautiful fairway! Everything is supplied and stocked in the kitchen, pots, pans, silverware, etc. and cooking/Barbequing was super easy, including keeping kitchen spotless! All the bedrooms were beautifully clean and comfortable! Everything at the Medinah property was perfect as I highly recommend this property for families and couples too!
