House was great! Location was perfect!

Clean, welcoming home. With well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Amazing views and a cozy feel with a great location. We needed a few random things during our stay (smoke alarm betteries) and got them very quickly. Highly recommend

We loved the house and the area. The house was well-equipped and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and the waterway was so peaceful. We loved taking our pup to the dog beach every day!

I had a great time and it was super relaxing. Close to the beach and restaurants.

The house was perfect for my little family. I brought my 10 year old son and 85 year old mother. She loved how well the kitchen was stock with everything one could need. Every morning she made coffee, they had both types of coffee makers, and breakfast. The house had the basic spices including salt and pepper. The pool was cold but that didn’t stop my son. After returning from the beach, he swam every afternoon. He found plenty of sharks’ teeth on the beach. When I had questions about the TV the host responded in a timely manner. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were super clean. I was able to unwind from my stressful job and just relax.

This home was perfect for us. The lanai overlooking both a pool and a waterway was the perfect place to relax at the end of our busy days. The location worked well for golf, beaches, and a spring training baseball game in Sarasota for our home team, the Orioles. The owner provided great communication to help us with check in. We would stay at this home again if we travel to Nokomis.

We enjoyed our 5 day stay at this home and Christine was very helpful when we needed her. Everything we needed was supplied for us, the neighborhood was accessible to restaurants and beach and it was nice to see kayakers on the water behind the house. We'd definitely come back again, but probably in the summer when the pool is warm, since it's not heated.

House was very nice. The neighborhood was interesting. Some very nice homes, some in disarray. All in all very nice. All the kitchen tools you need. Fun to fish off the pier.

We loved staying here, we traveled with our 3 children and it was perfect. We swam in the pool, fished off the dock and went to 2 local beaches. The house was centrally located withing 10 minutes to the beach where we searched for sharks teeth.

All around 5 stars. Location, house, accommodations. Family and i loved it here.

This house is in a quiet neighborhood, but close to everything!! We were able to get to multiple restaurants and beaches within minutes! The house was well stocked! The pool was clean and very nice. The washer and dryer were a definite plus!

We have been coming down to the Nokomis area six years now and this is the best rental we have stayed at. The house was spotless and very comfortable. The pool on the bay was amazing. We were in there 4-5 hours each night. Great beach gear saved us some money. 5-7 minutes from all the best shops, restaurants, and beaches. Management company responded right away with any questions.

Lovely home, very clean. beautiful views & sunsets from pool area and dock. KItchen is stocked with everything you'll need. Close to beaches. Great communication!

Loved having the pool and bay right out the back door. We had communicated that we were bringing our 18 ft center console with us from Texas for the boat lift, but there was a boat stored in the lift when we arrived. We just moored dockside, so not a big deal, but was a little disappointed. The beds were so comfortable! Slept crazy good in the master. Loved all the beach equipment and kitchen had everything I could ask for to prep any size meal! My one suggestion is for rod holders on the dock or even a pvc in the bank. We thoroughly enjoyed it!
