Stayed Mar 21, 2026First let me say the inside of the place was very nest and clean but there were many things I wish to pass onto the owner. Inside fridge doesn’t cool very well at all. We notice ice on the inside back wall. I wanted to unplug it for a day but time got away from us and we didn’t get the chance. The couch had a big hole along the fabric of the top of the fabric framing. (Behind the back cushions) and a seam on one of the bottom cushions was tearing apart. Kitchen rug was curling up on the corner and I kept tripping over it. Bathroom grout is starting to show its age. The rest of the house inside was very nice. Outside was not so good. No grass to speak of, dust stuck to the outside of the house so the the back wall of house and the deck and furniture was dirty. Washer/dryer was dirty too, wouldn’t lay folded laundry on it. Deck shower barely worked and the shower curtain was in pieces, some of which was here and there. Both screen doors in the back yard had been torn. The tree in the center of the deck had been cut down but nothing to replace it, just a dead stump. So all in all it was ok, drove a few minutes to beach parking each day, it was sunny, warm, it was Florida in March so we’re happy and tan.

Stayed Dec 25, 2025The accommodations lived up to expectation. We had a last-minute cancellation of one of the parties outside of anyone's control, but the location and unit definitely served well. Would consider it again in the future. Lighthouse Point dog park was a wonderful experience, and perhaps something worth promoting along with the pet friendly amenity.

Stayed Oct 15, 2025Washing machine in garage has mold inside, ((did not use) Smoke alarms had tape over sensors rendering inoperable, master bedroom no smoke detector, wires there but no detector, house is very musty, we drained humidifier daily.

Stayed Oct 3, 2025The place was great and within walking distance to the beaches.. the only thing i would say is if you have a truck or suv be cautious pulling into the driveway.. it is very narrow.. other than that i would definitely make a return teip.. the host is very on top of communication.. i appreciate that.. great stay..

Stayed Jul 20, 2025Walking distance to the beach. Loved the fenced backyard for the dogs. Great laundry machines. Absolutely loved coming home from beach and taking an outdoor shower. Wifi was good for working. Convenient to conference center where my other teen was attending with her church group.Told host microwave wasn’t heating but will not reduce review since we didn’t ask them to fix it for our stay. They weren’t aware since the light came on…just no heat. Ice maker was glitchy too but again, we said just fix it for the next people. Hopefully those were fixed. Liked the decor. Would stay here again.

Stayed May 4, 2025This is the perfect location for graduations at the Ocean Center and other events. Just a quick walk and you don’t have to worry about parking.Easy walk to the beach.The house was cute with a great yard for pets. If you plan on cooking the kitchen has the basics, so bring anything special you need. Great communication from the owner.
